Mr. Da Silva, who ever said that OECS integration and OECS unity would be a "a walk in the park"? Who ever said that regional integration takes place in just a few decades? I invite you to do the same thing you've done here, and to make a proposal to the people of the OECS concerning what alternatives you have to offer, other than the regional integration of these small, poor islands. What alternative do you have to put on the table that will show that disunity is stronger or more viable than unity. I will await your response. Please do not chicken out. JOJOMAN.
