I saw Dr. Raymond's experience on the SLP site and it reads that the man was very qualified in the field of energy, communication not to mention his training and experience as an Economist. The SLP was said to have been a party of intellects and PhD's but something is really wrong when a PhD PM does not seem to appreciate PhDs and MD's (remember Pep and Dr. Raymond).
