Coming to think of it, if the minister does not have the vaguest of ideas where to start, then we know that he is all talk and no action. Governments do not wish renewable energy; they do renewable energy. The man is as much out to sea on the matter as ordinary man in the street. What we have here is just bla, bla, bla.
