Taiwan’s Programme of Assistance to Agriculture

Now it is all broad smiles every time the Taiwan government hands over a cheque to kenny Anthony and his ministers.
It was the same Kenny Anthony and his ministers(many PHDS'-bright boys)who had kicked out Taiwan from St.lucia.The UWP had the intelligence and fore sight to bring them back to St.Lucia.All St.Lucians are thankful they did that.All except Kenny and his inner political circle.
This time he could not kick them out for a few but important reasons.
(1)The St.lucian people had benefitted from the generousity of the Taiwan government and wanted them to continue to help them.
Any attempt at kicking them out would have resulted in an up-rising by the people.
China no longer give grants.They give loans and therefore how do you justify giving up grants and taking loans instead?
(2)No other country came close to offering the aid Taiwan was offering.
Better Days were promised.Even with Taiwanesse assistance kenny cannot deliver,can you imagine what St.lucia would have like without that assistance?
Kenny Anthony should do the honourable thing and congratulate the UWP for having the intelligence and the fore-sight and the honest interest of all St.Lucians at heart to have brought back the Taiwanesse back to St.Lucia.

Thanks to Taiwan for the assistance. Lucians might learn to say thanks when people do nice things for them. As usual just got your begging hands out.
