That's deep. This is a side of Jabalism we don't often hear about. I'm sorry about how this played out for you Mr. Girard.

Men need to stop offering promises of material gain to women they fancy. Women really aren't as materialistic as they seem to some men, in truth, I find women are highly amenable once you know how to get inside their heads.

The problem is that they don't present that side of themselves in a way that men can pick up on easily.

I would encourage men to learn how to attract women based on strength of character. You don't have to be nice or feel like you need to sacrifice, just be assertive and the chicks will come.

When that day comes never again will women have to leave the kitchen. :D

Promiscuity is so prevalent on the island the fact is even when you think your father is the biological one it may not be so. I believe men often accept women telling them a child is there's when they often aren't. A DNA test on this island is extremely expensive so most people will not go through this procedure and the lie carry's on. Why is this test so expensive when not going through this denies a child the right to know who his/her biological parent is, this can't be morally right.
People who are still shouting about colonialism being responsible for all the ills of St. Lucia are just looking for an excuse not to take any moral responsibility. It doesn't have to be a amoral society, it is people who carry on ignoring the code of decency instead of changing their behaviour; why is this, is it because sex is used as a 'bit of fun' and not what it was intended to be used for that is in a close caring relationship and as a demonstration of love between two adults?
Why do men and women feel its ok to have sex with anything that moves, it feels to me it is the example of past generations black and white who have not instilled the proper moral code in their children, and that is a disgrace in a so called deeply religious society like this one.
