I too have been to First Caribbean on Bridge Street and do agree that this host is so cheerful and understanding. He is also very observant and helpful.
Would like to know who came up with this idea and why the other banks don't implement that.
The Lines also moves quickly!!

You would think that with the closure of one of the branch offices that Scotia Bank would make every effort to improve service but long lines are part of the service which they offer. What is more annonying is that some of the teller's stations are
always Closed, another Teller will serve you. Why is it that the Banks cannot have all tellers operating? There are so many persons seeking jobs. Whether it's hiring them part time or full time so that there is a full complement of tellers throughout the day especially at lunch time when more persons take the opportunity to do their banking. I am sure if this is implemented it would help alleviate the long lines.
