Kenny and the SLP have no legs to stand on. This may have been his last call for a demonstration. Just when things seem to be going his way, we know for a fact that he is not the guy to lead us out of this mess.

No, we should let the mess continue as is.
Only in St. Lucia......

ixi lixi wrote this in another article........GREAT POST.....Hope he/she doesn't mind me posting it here

"I'm very surprised at all these comments. Did we read the same article? Governments guarantee loans all the time, and in instances to promote public-private partnerships and spur investment they will also guarantee the loans of private projects. The Anthony Government guaranteed a loan to a private tourism development, austensibly I suppose to support the construction of the largest hotel built in Saint Lucia for many years. That was a policy decision to which we can all argue. To suggest that Anthony did anything wrong or that the money was "lost" is quiestionable because the hotel was built and is operational. What should be questioned was why the country did not receive equity as per the agreement, if that is in fact the case. That to me is a lot more interesting a detail to be clarified. Might I also suggest that this is not the first time government made such moves to support tourism large investments and it should not be the last. Instead of blasting Rochamel, we have a serious need to "bail out" if you like the Le Paradis project. Leaving Le Paradis incomplete is an economic waste and an environmental disaster. Finishing Le Paradis should in fact be seen as a national imperative at this juncture given the large positive spin-offs it can have, particularly to the eastern districts of Dennery, Praslin and Micoud. So, move on from Rochamel and provide a step-up to Le Paradis Mr. Government. I think the party hacks who seemingly couldn't wait for something to take as salvo against Kenny Anthony are simply playing politics. We have a country on the brink of disaster and we're cuddling up to mindless political games. so again, SAVE Le Paradis, whether it takes a loan guarantee or not""

Go and hide your face. Shameless one. Your politics of cover up can't fool the rest of us. There is no excuse here. For once stop putting your party over the countries interest.

The post prior to this could only be written by someone who stands to gain from the spoils of a return to power of Dr. Anthony.
They are totally unconcerned with the development of St. Lucia or the level of servitude we have from voting for leaders who only denuded the Treasury and borrow and spend recklessly.
These hacks are only looking for their pound of flesh at the expense of St. Lucians.
