Nice. But the most important one was omitted. "Always make yourself available". Half of the time you can't find someone to assist you whether is governement office or private compnaies. They want to be available to serve you when they want. An office opening at 8 but they telling you to come back at 9.30 for service.

This would be good for customer service representatives. I find that these people at the fast food joints do not know what is good customer service. An mind you this is a tourist country...I don't know what kind of service these people get at these places. Simple orders these people cannot take, and they know nothing of what they are selling, they are unable to assist you with simple information and they behave as if they are doing you a favour.

The most important factor is getting these individuals adequately trained. For them to understand their expectations, they need to be sufficiently trained on the duties, expectations and responsibilities.
