Is that person living in MARS? This government seem to making things work, what a joke.
I don't agree that we should keep this government. I also have my doubts about the opposition. where do we go from here only god knows.

Kenny is not the issue...the UWP is creating a royal MESS!!!
This gov't has failed us and ought to be kicked out of office... btw, have they been able to host a puclic meeting to report their successes??? no! why?? there is nothing to report...
This government is so unorganised they cannot ever organise a forum (i cannot remember the word for now) to elect members for officers in their party, to ran their affairs. They had to prospone it, much less ran the country properly.
The word is convention, this government is so unorganise they cannot organise that event, even though they or in office.
Give me examples people! I really hate wasting my time reading a comment about this government is this and that government is that and no one ever gives supporting examples. Even an anecdote would be fine but make a well crafted point!
What examples do you want? It live came over the news, last week that this government has prosponed their convent, which is over due by` many years. The only hastily organise convention that took place by the uwp, was a couples of yrs ago when the party was in shambles to get a leader after the dead of Compton. If that is what you want to hear, i will tell it to you. The uwp is a well oiled machinery, ready to loose the next election, only with your help they will be resurrected, but for now, as they are, they are dead for good. If you know better proof me wrong.

Where has this guy been the last couple years. Life must be just great for him and his family. Go tell that to the people who have to deal daily with figuring out where the next meal is coming from. These are the guys who promissed to improve our lives by giving us protection from all the strife that we encounter dailly. They promissed us work, protection, lower cost of living. Fair and impartial governance, Integrity in government. They promissed to be a lot better than the other guys. Don't underestimate us, we live this desaster daily. So let's not color the facts. This writer knows that he is selling us a bunch of hueh, that's why he named himself the Reaper. If you are better off today than you were 5 years ago, all hail to you.
The government has it's shortcomings, the biggest one, let's face it, Compton was glue that would have kept the party together.
Here is the situation: UWP needs a strong and clever leader to take the party into the next election.
There are no real public figures that come to mind for me. St. Lucia has a dearth of political leaders.
On both fronts, the country needs new leadership. At the moment not can be found in the UWP or SLP.
ZEIGY, you and everybody know full well the the problem in the uwp is not only leadership, the whole party has problems in unity etc. Jeanne said it, Easy kal said it. This group is just holding together because they are in government, and they do not want to loose the salary they are making, because most of these men including King are not qualified to get a good paying job anywhere. Tell me which one of them that have formulated a positive policy to benefit St Lucia in three years? Excepting to have the Tiavanese do a little here and there.
If Piere is a better leader than Kenny and the SLP supporters believe that(how can Reaper prove that) All Pierre has to do is throw his hat in the leadership ring at the next convention, and the people will vote him as leader. The SLP does not operate like the uwp, by just giving people who is not ready leadership eg. KING, this guy did not prepare himself and is not ready to lead not even a boy scout troop. We all could see the mess he have us in St Lucia.
All how I look at Pierre when he comes on TV he looks like a dyslexic, it's as if he is thinking very VERY carefully about what he's about to say next before something very wrong comes out of his mouth.

Uhh, well, I have been on TV a few times but it's always been other persons telling me that they saw me and that I spoke well. :D My voice intonation could probably use a little work, Pierre's own isn't too bad maybe I could aim to sound a little more like him.
