I thought the great one had taken care of castries already. He asked to check his ti canal projects for the city. The best one is the basketball court in the gardens that cannot be used for an offical game, due to the canal mentality( court too long- rim too high).

This young lady is definitely better positioned than Gail Rigobert of the UWP. Really happy to see more women entering politics.

Ms.Browne

I admire her tenacity but there is no way the LPM is going to win any seats, she is the right person, just the wrong party......btw, love her plans, she sounds like a no nonsense person

Humm- a hotel in the Castries. Chastanet, I believe that this lady is on to something. she is very beautiful for a politican lol! but got a revolutionary mind on her shoulders. Good luck.

I see an emerging leader. She was on Russel's show on thursday morning- very knowledgeable yet humble.

Too beautiful to be a politician? Boy that makes me remember Mohamed Ali.

That lady is a sound as she is cute, but humble to a fault.

She deserves a place in the House. St. Lucia needs more intelligent politicians and not the gang of tricksters that we have now.

There is nothing called a wrong party. The gal good where she is there and I hope she don't shift. I wish her luck and and I wish her party luck. I don't know her per say but I like both her and her party leader Mr. Prudent whom I pleasure to met a few days ago. These people may be on a third party but they ain't stupid.

A bye election is very likely if these drug industry people are so foolish to elect their narco-rep again!

The US is not afraid to come for the entrenched miscreants with helicopter gunships blazing hell fire from the air.

Noriega Redux, the Movie! Made in St. Lucia!

Definiately a cut from the other female candidates. I tink she is the youngest too and she real focus on what she wants for de people. It is about time we have good women in politics not those who come and behave just like de men with roro conversations. Remain Positive Ms. Browne. Sometimes winning is about making a positive impression on the people and you doing well my girl.

It's good to see young people taking an interest in politics. She will face obstacles for sure because we are used to our veteran politicians who keep taking us for a ride.
Another hotel in St.Lucia? Don't we have enough hotels already? Hotels that we can't fill? Hotels that will be emptied come the next natural disaster or global economic downturn? When will we understand that we need to be creative and inventive? Use our resources to make things to sell to our neighbours and countries around the world. Diversify!!Become self sufficient in some area! Make paper from banana leaves, plant more fruits and vegetables and export them, develop livestock so we don't have to import everything! Become known for a product or service that will attract people. A million hotels won't save us!I'm just venting, my apologies :)

The young lady has the potential from what I have seen and heard. The Castries area really needs some work and she has made a good assessment for both the commerical and residential sector. food for thought for both parties.

this candidate clearly states that that hotel will be used as a training facility for st.lucians as well. Kudos to her visionary for using tourism as a platform for educating the unemployed. She has a vision for St.lucia, not only for service but for education and training.

I strongly believe that you do not understand the hotel sector. There are many different types of hotels catering to several different types of customers.

What is definitely coming out is that the lady and her LPM group have apparently done their homework. Where in Central Castries would locate a farm to produce bananas to produce paper? The lady is running in Castries for heaven's sake.

So what vague things might we produce to sell to our neighbours who have the same climate, the same types of produce and are at the same stage of development, etc, etc, etc. You buy too much rubbish about the miracles that CARICOM and CSME can create. Wake up man, come to your senses, and get real!

Well I recently visited St Lucia on holiday from the UK and was impress with the development made in the north of the Island. With the new mall etc. But was really sadden with Castries centre. It is completely neglected and forgotten. I agree with Ms. Browne 100%. Something needs to be done and fast. Whether she wins a seat or not Castries needs an uplift or face lift something!!!!

Clearly, this lady is more than just a cute face. She is a visionary. That's a nice mix for someone who teaches at one of our regional universities. We have beauty and brains to go along with that.

UWP has a barbie doll running in Micoud. Alright, we know that it is hard to get a job with a degree in international relations.

Flambeau for failure!

The writing is on the wall. The lady has more potential than many other people in politics today. Only people on drugs can think that low such as thinking that a hotel is for pimps and one-night stands. Some of the people belonging to the UWP and Flambeau for failure, their minds are in the gutter. The want to take the whole country there with them.

Go Md Browne! Go!

De Boss is the king of Low Life St. Lucia. Look. The entire UWP cabinet is made up of lowlifes! He providing the money for their campaigns and they are prostituting themselves for more corruption money. They are all shameless prostitutes! All of them!

UWP is commess government! No votes for prostitutes! NO VOTES FOR PROSTITUTES!

NO VOTES FOR FLAMBEAU BITCHES MALE AND FEMALE!

Young lady, from what I've read and what I've heard about you have me impressed. But let's face it, you probably will not get in this time around but you're young and you must stick around for your country badly need people like you. We don't need the Richard Fredericks, the criminals need him but not the country as a whole.

Though I'm pleased with what the SLP has to offer as a team, I'm not too fond of their Central Castries candidate (something about criminal defense lawyers repel me) so you would get my vote even if only by default.
One of the things I think Castries city needs badly is a complete refurbishment of most if not all of the main sidewalks in and around the city. These ugly, chipped, broken and sometimes missing concrete slabs just don't seem to cut it for me. A case in point, Jeremie street. It is rather unsightly, disgusting and dangerous to walk on IMO.

I believe like in the above comment that we must walk the talk. If we are to diversify the tourism we are offering we must look out for the disabled. Therefore, refurbishment must take into consideration not only with the broken-down sidewalks, but also with their improvement to facilitate those who might have family members in wheelchairs traveling around with them.

LPM, good job. Another quality candidate. Go Ms Browne! Keeping all of my fingers crossed!

Thank you everyone . I will adhere to your advise as I believe that we all care deeply about our city and on a wider scale -our country. Castries Central is the heartbeat of our nation and we need to revitalize it without any further delays. We must work hard and together to uplift its dignity. In time , others who may have not seen its value- will. Walk well and Godspeed.
