What is GEW 2012? A short intro for those of us who don't live on the island would be helpful. Don't you think?...You have a global audience!

its a nice idea to bring the best brains and aspiring risk taking entrepreuners.... we have very few risk takers in business in st lucia.. i am hoping that the gov finally bring a team together and lay out a vision for the parts of our city CASTRIES to be refurbished,renewed,beautified... get rid of the old cdc's..vigie airport has been losing money for ten yrs now.. that place is the easy way to go when castries needs to be expanded..vigie can provide HUGE OPPORTUNITIES..that can bring in tonnes of money in flat land sales..hotels,condos..commercial activities and shopping plazas as well.. CASTRIES IN ALL OF THE OECS & that includes Barbados as well...our city has huge potential to be both the most scenic & modern in all of the lesser antilles..thats a FACT !!

... one last point we need a shakeup again like what baywalk did in 2010.. i hope some local business ppl can come together and reshape the derelect DAHER MALL... into a very modern, entertainment shopping centre..bowling alley, cinema and lastly daher mall has ample space to add either appartments or a couple small business hotels/suites..oh there is ample space to put in the most modern conference centre in the north.. I MEAN I AM NO BUSINESSMAN AND EVEN I HAVE A FEW IDEAS..DAHER MALL has ALOT of Potential..even with VAT & SLOW ECONOMY/RECESSION
