Time for tourism to start paying its fair share. The tourism product in St. lucia is much much too expensive.

The Labour party needs the money to pay off the debts incurred in past years.
Common tourist plan owners. Time for you to pay your fair share.
In the USA even Obama and in France the governments know they have to tax the very rich.

Time for you to contribute and not make the malaway suffer for everything.!

You have your big cars, your US passports and your US or Canadian homes. Start giving to St. Lucia instead of taking away. You travel every 4 months to Miami. give up one of the trips and pay your taxes for the country!

Where is Lorne in all of this?

What a waste of space he is - anonymous and harmful to St Lucia

All this crying and threats should not be taken seriously. Let us begin with a declearation of their annual profits visa vie vat annual payments and you will see the very minute dent vat implementation would make on their profits. The workers are heavily under paid and this might be an opportune manner to get something back. The government should not succumb to their manipulation.

The tourism sector has been riding on the backs of St. Lucians for too long. The governments have paid out at least $250 million in the past 10 years on marketing to feed these big shots.

One of the hotels up north is selling villas for $2,000,000 to $4,000,000 and the ususal rich suspects in St. Lucia are making more and more money.

Time for them to pay taxes AND lower the rates they charge the tourists.

Kenny Anthony maybe useless and spendthrift with our money ( not his -he has that locked up in his bank accounts !!)but that does not mean we must be taken for a ride by both the politicians and the big belly men.
