These are interesting actions taken by the Administration/Government. Micah as usual you have provided objective reporting, without the personal philosophy and personal history that readers encounter when reading the nonsense that passes for reporting by the Weightlifter.

I hope someone with knowledge of legal jargon, can elaborate on "DEATH BY LAWFUL MEANS"?

In Florida there is a "STAND YOUR GROUND LAW", making it "legal" to kill/murder someone "IF ONE THINKS" their life is in danger. The death of the African American Teen Trayvon Martin, returning from the store with a package of candy, was shot through the heart by George Zimmerman. This murder was ruled, "DEATH BY LAWFUL MEANS"

There is a trial in Florida, even as I write this, of a Caucasian who opened fire on a group of unarmed African American youth sitting in a parking lot listening to music, killing another 17 year old Jordan Davis, and wounding the occupants; he to is clamming that this murder was, "DEATH BY LAWFUL MEANS".

That stand your ground law is absurd and is aimed at intimidating minority groups. Anyone in majority with a well planned defense strategy and with the absence of eye witnesses can easily get away with murder. We don't need that ridiculous law here in St Lucia.
