This story makes me think of my good ol' friend Dr Keith Deligny. I hope his wife and kids are ok.

This portion of the road has been slowly sinking for the past three years.
The travels of heavy duty vehicles - to the Tapion Hospital's annex under construction - further deteriorated the road. Face it, it is a shorter route to the hospital.
The residents of Tapion made their concerns known to the "powers that be" ... but ... cold shoulder and all that, I guess.
This situation SHOULD NOT HAVE reached that stage. The residents of Tapion SHOULD NOT BE subjected to this kind of treatment.
Works on this road and its environs should have been amended a long time ago - even if it meant closure of the road if nothing better could be done.
For years this road has been like that, with the authorities turning a blind eye to it; so don't prentend it's just happened. This road should have been fixed years ago.
This is a very sad story. A time bomb awaits!!
