it is sincerely hoped that SMILE has the necessary "tools" to be a successful project: competent trainers/teachers, a good working administrative infrastructure, proper working equipment and most necessary - funding.

Sure looks nice in writing ...

I SAW ON TV A REJECT FROM THE N.C.A. SPEAKING AT THE OPENING CEREMONY
SHE WAS KICK OUT FROM THE N.C.A. AS OPERATION MANAGER BY HER OWN UWP GOVERNMENT 4 OVERPAYING SOME ONE WHO WAS ALREADY ON RETIREMENT 4 SEVEN MONTHS,THIS RETIRED PERSON RECIVED OVER $7000.THIS IS THE GROSS INCOMPETENT OF THIS LADY.
SHE WAS THE ONE AUTHORIZING PAYMENT.IT IS HER SIGNATURE ON THE WEEKLY TIME SHITS AUTHORIZING THE ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT 2 PAY THE SALARYS. WHEN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS COULD NOT TAKE ANY MORE OF HER INCOMPETENCE,SHE WAS DISMISS.(this was around November 2010 the records at the N.C.A. Can prove this 2 b true) all the staff and field workers rejoice when their get the news of she being FIRED.
AND NOW SHE IS BEING RE-ENPLOYED BY THE SAME AUTHORITY WITH ANOTHER NAME,
STEP,SMILE,NICE,PROUD SAME THING.
WHEN WILL THIS GOVERNMENT LEARN 2 SCRUTINIZE BEFORE HIREING.
THIS WOMAN IS BAD NEWS.
THIS WOMAN IS CARRING THE CURSE OF THE N.C.A.EVERY WHERE SHE GO.

JUST A REMINDER THE LADY WHO WAS ON RETIIREMENT NAME HAD BEEN REMOVE FROM THE WEEKLY TIME-SHEET 4 THE PAST 7 MONTH.
SO Y THE PAYMENT??

Single Mothers!!! What ever happened to the term Single Parent? Jsust because America came up with this single mother foolishness doesn't mean that we have to import it. Can two women give birth to one baby? Can three women give birth to one baby? So the term single mother makes no @#$%^&* sense; time to burry that terminology.

the project does not give you no stipend it only give u a bus allowance and pays $250 towards daycare or pre-school for your child per month.there is no monthly or fortnight pay.how am i suppose to pay my bills.please tell me.!!!
