Keep your head up Mr. Prudent and keep moving. Very impressed!

Somebody give him a compass to show him where is North.

It takes a lot of balls to do what you are doing. My hats off to you and your party Sir. Rome was not built in a day but you seem to be covering some serious grounds. Others should take a page.

We don't know how is going to do this. But he will have to win a landslide. Then he needs to get the legislation passed to allow him to hold, if he wins a seat, whilst he still has US citizenship. Good luck with that.

Negotiations failed with Kenny the last time around. Meanwhile, Kenny is looking out wearing a wide grin, and armed with a long carving knife to cut off the tails of real blind mice.

Don't make Labour's mistake:they offered political theater instead of a shadow cabinet to Compton's consecutive administrations.

Still searching after so many years? Please somebody, help this man with some GPS navigation instructions. Let him stop wandering and wondering. Help him finally find his way home to his wife in New York.

That is papishow you talking there. The man is St Lucian and can do what the hell he wishes. No one can stop him but himself. I like how he handle himself on the Juke Bois show and I have every confidense he is going to represent his party on St Lucia well.

Anonymous said...

What about handling the fact that we are a lazy bunch of freeloaders who expect our party to do everything for us, even wipe our what-you-might-call-it, noses for us. So how will he be able to get people from either party to move from getting the lil crumbs dey getting falling off their party bosses' tables to join Pru? De man cyan even get 100 votes in his base Gros Islet. Hey man! Thanks for de gifts! Any more coming? What about barrels?

Anonymous said...

That is nice prose Jason. But Pru has neither the credibility nor the stature to have any elected official to move from any of the two existing parties to join him. So when will he ever get a parliamentary majority to put any of his crazy ideas into practice? This one man show has no voice in the parliament. So we here we go again then, another press release party.

Good move Mr. Prudent. Pay no mind to those people talking crap. They have nothing to offer the country farless themselves. You do what you have to do and ignore all fools.

GPS to the rescue. Sure bet, with GPS he will find that the promise land is in the direction of New York.

The constitution does not allow people with dual citizenship, other than non-Saint Lucians like John Compton to hold a seat in the House of Assembly.

Ok. We don't know that he had two passports. But being born in Canaouan on an islet off Saint Vincent entitled him to another.

Prudent, you may win at the polls, but if challenged, as you know Kenny will, the judge's ruling will most definitely go against you. Prudent, your mentor did not pave the way for you. And Prudent you are no John Compton.

prudent is no fool . Save all your worries for more important issues,

Anonymous said...

He did not even get 100 votes in his Gros Islet? And you think that someone would be worried.

Some may be worried about his not getting to his home, and just may be. There is no more promise land. God gave that to the Jews got a long time ago. He does not know of this?

Like someone said, he should invest in a GPS information system. That would help. He is just like Chastanet, relying on press releases to keep up his political profile.

If u have nothing to say quit being a jackass . Mr. Pudent is a self made man. I doubt he loses sleep on our crap. I suspect your job is stop him? Can u -

Nobody is losing any sleep here. Only those not sure that they want to face reality. Even if Prudent ever wins his seat, and last time he did not even get close, he will embarrass himself by having to relinquish it after the court ruling. He did not even understand that both George Hoodlum and John Compton have put the resident population strongly against all overseas-based political aspirants like Prudent. Such people are treated worse than mere foreigners. We just want their handouts. Thanks for the gifts, by the way. If the fowl is fat, feather it.

I suspect evey body have an answer lately for what is going on in prudents mind . Lol .

Prudent like Ti Chas is only in the business of trying to make headlines. They are in the same boat. Prudent's LPM is a graft from UWP. Same khaki pants.

We are all enjoying the political circus. They have little power to do otherwise. They both have yet to win a damn seat.

Anonymous said...

I can point to tons' politicians from PIP - George Odlum who did not win on their first try but eventually succeeded Do your home work and leave Prudent and T Chas alone .

A Country that cannot feed itself, cannot be developed; this is a good way to start, motivating and mobilizing people to appreciate the need to start their backyard garden, a positive gesture. Bravo LPM with the Home and Garden Club idea.

Prudent to date have done a better job opposing the Flabeaus when they were in power than the Labor party, and continues to do a better job than the Flabeaus in opposition. I've no dough Therold is better equip to lead this Country than ti chas and Kenny put together, because Flabeau with ti chas the last time around couldn't create any jobs, followed by Kenny worst yet. Oh God put a hand.

Anonymous said...

And backyard gardens will create jobs. Most definitely. You make a whole lot of sense. Where the hell did you get your commonsense from Juke Bwa? We have too many of you belonging to this country. Shit talkers all of you.

Anonymous said...

So you think that what it takes is simply opposing what the parties in power are doing, uh? What about concrete and doable ideas? You believe that those LPM pie in the sky and community projects will change peoples' minds? You must be from another planet.

Anonymous said...

If LPM have a pie in the sky idea why don't you show us yours coward . You can't stay behind a screen and knock those who are putting themselves out there for some little dream of yours that you know better.
Until you have the balls to come from under your rock to show us your idea , persons like me will continue to applaud Prudent and his party.

What is wrong with planting a kitchen garden, with cutting down on ones' food bills; even battering with a neighbor? This is what this article is about. But instead of discussing the inherent advantages to the PEOPLE in such a venture, you choose to wallow in the mud of your ignorance....you pie-holes!!

Anonymous said...

Since there is no promise land, isn't LPM or what is left of it, in the person of Prudent extremely delusional?

Anonymous said...

Has Prudent got the manna from Heaven yet? If so, there might be hope that the promise land might be shown to him, perhaps in his dreams. Like Moses, poor Prudent cannot hope to enter ever it.

After all, it is all in his imagination in his current dream state. It does not exist. I am sorry. When again is the next press release old chap?

I cannot understand why St Lucia does not have it's own dairy industry to produce fresh milk butter and cheese, a beef industry and a sheep industry. Why is the vast majority of the vegetable it requires imported from as far away as canada. St Lucia has the soil and the climate to grow a very wide range of crops and even on a year round basis. The banana industry needs to be reformed and united. St Lucia produces the finest bananas in the world but they need to be marketed, Fair trade has made an impact with consumers. Mangos oranges grapefruits Pineapples are all growing in demand in the EU as are melons grapes and other exotic Carribean fruit and vegetables. The technology of fruit and vegetable production has moved on enormously in the past 40-50 years. The vegetable growers in St Lucia present their produce very badly at present. It is time for St Lucians to realise there are opportunities there for them, dont wait for the government to do it for you.

Most of our politicians have not lived outside of the country for any long period to benefit from a realistic world view. Yet, like Compton, they hate nationals who come back to the country and put legal stumbling blocks in their way. Compton died without repealing his mischief. George Hoodlum joined in with his crap about not being part of his communist "struggle."

Most of our politicians have neither the education, exposure, nor the inclination to appreciate the value and the incorporation of Science and Technology in ALL of our efforts in both product and services goods production.

Banana cultivation failed. Miserably too. But Saint Lucia's foreign-born father of the nation, they say, did win his last election on a very empty promise to revive that industry with no change in focus.

No thought was ever given to any portion of production output, or conversion of output, to banana-related by-products.

Our people do not read. They have no intellectual curiousity. They are happy to rely on second-hand propaganda for critical decision making by highly undereducated morons.

Once they elect a prime minister, by voting in his various pliable and supine broomsticks to get the seat majority, they believe in the benevolent dictatorship of that party leader to solve all problems. Real political participation ends at the ballot box. They ignorantly believe that the PM is the font of all wisdom and knowledge, and without solid ministerial support of knowledgeable persons the necessary change will be made.

The population by and large believes in returning the same failed politicians, and even their lovable goons into office time and time again.

Right now, we are still ripe for yet another round of country-wide mass unthinking idiocy. We party, we grin, and we Beer it. Oh yes, we Piton Beer it in style!

Saint Lucia they say is very much idiot country.
