The day there will be accountability with any government in St.Lucia is when the prime minister is no longer the minister of finance.Why can't the country have a minister of finance like any other country.It is like telling me the class teacher is also the head teacher of the school.As we are living in the 21st century,I think it is time for that constitution to to be changed.What do you think?
