Against this development, members of this administration must have the acumen to build the necessary ecosystem so as not to frustrate the efforts of the entrepreneurs.
Unless these entrepreneurs are going to produce for an export market with a production partnership, with the VAT taking such a huge bite away from discretionary domestic spending, the outlook for the near future will be a tough one for aggregate consumer demand.

PERIODS OF ECONOMIC DOWNTURNS HAVE CREATED SOME OF THE MOST LUCRATIVE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITES.
Yet, it is still the lack of knowledge that is in the negative book stuff that gets lots of wannabes left lost without their shirts. The bee in the bonnet thing works when the environment is rich buoyed up with positive expectations. Currently it is lean. Therefore, caution must be used where the opportunities are meagre.
