Your minister of Tourism has no Balls to act on your behalf, but He has Balls for only one thing and you know what, and he has successfully used his profession and by means of the filthy-lucre to escape prosecution and prison. The man is invisible except for payday. there should/must be a cabinet reshuffle and have him replaced as our minister of Tourism NOW.
