It looks all good and well, but where our National Pride. When I look at the cost of this facility only 15k we as take payers cannot invest and develop our own industries, this shameful.

Tom Chou is rightly the Minister of Finance

"The project was funded by Japan under its Grant Aid Scheme, and carries a ¥536 million (US$5,880,000), or EC$14,580,000 price tag."

This looks more like 15 million EC not 15K.

Why is most development in St Lucia from an asian country?

Because Flambeau have taken enough from the US and Europe. They are tired of giving us.

Kenny grabbed from China and Flambeau is following them into Asia.

Building costs must really have gone up in Saint Lucia. This complex looks good but it doesn't look like it's worth $15 million.

But Kenny Anhtony had rised the price of a 16inch block to $50.oo a block and a bag of cement is
$80.oo, 1 nail is $2.00, and paint is $200.00 a tin now the building is balanced with no cost over runs. every thing accounted for.
