I agree, especially the computers. They are a necessity in most homes for work & school. Maybe stereo sets or radios can be dutiable at a reduced rate only for a time. The earlier people 'start to feel normal' again, they will be feel better.

I agree that the government should give concessions to some of the people that lost their equipment, and apliances. Question: Do the individuals that lost appliances and stereos have insurance? I think the concessions should be given only to the ones that could not afford insurance coverage, hence the reason for insurance.
