Chass, what you think people dont watching TV and are au fait with what's going on the world? Every week you keep feeding people these stale analyses, that merely parrot what you pick up from US TV news. we hear these too. So at least give us a new or different perspective for a change.

When Jesus died, his sect (Christianity) wasn't even known outside of his homeland; but his disciples stepped up to the plate and turned that little known sect into a major world religion with over a billion followers.

Bin Laden might be dead but Al-Qaida could still flourish.

More importantly, Bin Laden was murdered several years ago. WATCH: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UnychOXj9Tg&feature=player_embedded#at=16

Michael. Again with your appalling prose you miss the point that Bin Laden was assassinated... he could and should have been taken alive and tried at the international criminal court.. anything less does not promote democracy but lawlessness and nepotism.
The US argument that he was an enemy combatant and therefore could be "killed in action" merely has a corollary that says any American can be treated the same way.
As the first comment says either give us a new perspective or shut up.
