Good story Rae - but you are still in dire need of journalistic training. Your story reads like a school essay, instead of an account of an event -BIG DIFFERENCE!!

One of your sentences reads "There was a pointing time ..." one of your sentences Rae.

This should have read "THERE WAS A POINT IN TIME ..." Your editor should have picked that up!!!

Whilst it is true that this helps the economy to a certain extent, there are lots of issues plaguing st lucia that deserves lots of writing and needs to be expose to the population and its not being done and what we do is write juicy stories and fair helen is going to the dogs,
Why not investigate other areas such as the budget and see whether the figures were correct or how about the new baptism and birth certificate that takes so long and why and attorney has to get involved with and extra fiffty dollars when the fault is coming from the incompetent people who made errors.and so on and on then our people will be more knowledgeable when time for election to make wise decision for the future of fair helen and who they vote for.
