Thank you armchair anonymous. I was thinking the same thing.

3 and 4 are good examples of what we have too many of in St. Lucia. On de radio, on de TV on the block and on de streets what do we have? A whole lot of ignorant &%!&it talkers. Drunks as ass all de time, or high on drugs.

Yes this is very appaling and disturb especially in a small country like this, But where does the problems lies. Yes lots of them invovled are youths who don't have a father figure in the house. Secondly what programs has this administration put in place to combat such and thirdly When you have leaders who are invovled in wrong doing and think they can get away with it, and most of the time the very young people who they should lead are having these very same young people assisting them in wrongdoing. Fourthly we have criminals element that are not being no good influence to our younger ones. What about the deportees from other country who comes to st lucia and countinues to practice the same bad behaviour whiles they was away.
What has this goverment done to make life better for its people.
If they can't by now what plan to combat these.

Statistics more statistics and more lies.
To suggest that crime is under control is a delusion, violent murders continue at the same rate.
whats as concerning is is the fear of crime little has been done to arrest this disturbing trend , lucians are scared to be in in Castries after dark.
What is the Minister of Crime doing about this dismal state of affairs. My advice is dont play politics with peoples lives.

to say murders are going at da same rate is a lie. Stop playing da politics bullshit... the murders have cool down.

How can the country go forward when leaders who suppose to lead are criminals themselves.
We have criminals who are leading this country and our young people are not stupid,
I want to pose this question to Everyone, CAN THE BLIND LEAD THE
BLIND, EXCEPT BOTH FALL IN A DITCH.
WAKE UP MY FELLOW ST LUCIANS ITS POLITICS TIME AND THEY WILL SAY OR DO ANYTHING TO GET REELECTED< BUT THE FUTURE OF FAIR HELEN IS AT STAKE< WHERE DO YOU AND I WANTS IT TO GO FOR THE NEXT FIVE YEARS.

The blind leading the blind? No! The criminals leading more criminals. The UWP has nobody of repute to look up to.

Criminal mothers are more than accessories to murder. They are breeding criminals. See how the mothers of the criminals are arguing how their murderer sons were 'very good boys'? St. Lucia is a very sick society.

what is more interesting is the high rate of domestic violence where in many cases , the women are the victims. when will thhis ever stop!!!!
secondly, when i read these articles , i really wonder what is happening in st.lucia. every one knows but no one speaks ! cowards!!! get up and fight for your country and your safety!!!

I believe that most of the African slaves brought to St. Lucia were the servile captives of other tribes. I can't understand how a population can be so accepting of so much foolishness from foreigners and from so many elected jackass ministers!

Oh my, my, my!!!
I've been accused of being a 'drunk' (I do admit I drink water!), and a drug user (I use paracetamol!), and an "ignorant &%!&it talkers" ... What is that? (remember, I am "ignorant").

@workinprogress ... maybe you can enlighten me? You think?

What the crime statistics show most definitely is that whatever people say on talk radio and television, deep in their hearts they don't want decent government. They don't want decent people to rule over them. They do not want to change from what they have now.

Why? Because deep in their minds and in their hearts they have settled for what we have now. We love and admire our jail birds, our crooks, our drug barons, our political bandits, our complete idiots, our semi-literates, our liars and our cheats. We like it so in idiot country!
