This article - stuck in a corner rather than on the front page - highlights one of the most important revolutions that should occur in St Lucia, that is, THE RETURN OF HOMEGROWN ORGANIC FOODS to St Lucians.

Let's hope that our government will support this program 100% because its success would not only bring better health to our people but also help the nation's economy by almost immediately reducing our UNHEALTHY-foods import bill by tens of millions of dollars. Furthermore, it would automatically generate thousands of jobs in farming, marketing, and distribution, at the same time greatly enhancing our tourism product: ORGANIC FOODS EVEN TASTE BETTER!!
