Why is the prime minister soquiet on this issue.
He needs to come clean and so letting the pitbull tax evasion, the con artist stop acting as prime minister and leave the former prime minister alone.
They needs to tell st lucia of their four and half years in office and what they have done to better the lives of st lucians.

Rather than make your own assessment on the issue, why not print the documents. Reporting is so much based on opinions rather than facts. Please provide the facts in its entirety. This may be followed by your opinion on the matter (letting your readers know that it is indeed just that...your opinion.

@#1...The PM is quiet on this issue because he has not clue what's going on about him. Do you really think PM King understands the wording of these contracts?

Oh, again, you mean, it's time that Taiwan tells St Lucia what they have done in the 4.5 yrs since Taiwan's being governing St Lucia. Taiwan could show a few "can-nals", "path-ways" here there and every, but nothing of major importance or consequence.

Da bans sans honte!!

Sir
I must admit that your article raised a number of valid and crucial points. I am of the firm view, the reason certain members of the Government continue to “pull this trick from the hart” is because they have not achieved those objectives / goals they enunciated in their manifesto in 2006 and they are of the view, it is best to run away from their record and demonise the other guy and his administration, because this appear to be the only path to victory at the next general election.
This matter was first raised in the Budget debate of 2009, why did the Government waited so long (2011) to again tackle this matter, if they believe some injustice have been perpetrated against the state, why didn’t they start legal proceeding against those parties who cause such injustice?. Why didn’t the government include this in their terms of reference as part of the Commission of Inquiry which they undertook?
St. Lucians are more concerned about the economic condition of the country than anything else, so it is necessary that they(the Government) discuss what they have done to date to create an environment where jobs can be created. Everyone is aware of what is happening globally, but the question it begs, where are the plans to deal with the economic reality of the modern economy . Considering the fact that the global is economy is going through a recession, shouldn’t now be the time to reposition the economy so that the island can benefit when the boom will start?
The question that all St. Lucians should be asking the Government, is where are the “Damn Jobs” you promised us in 2006 ??

Laborian,so we meet again on another medium.Tell me,when Rick went about bashing the previous government, were facts presented? When Frederick went to Grenada to hold a so-called press conference, were facts requested?St Lucians are being taken for a ride with this Grynberg issue. If the UWP's had any dirt on Kenny, dont you think they would have used t already?Anyways, this is silly season and many individuals will live up to the name of the season by making stupid comments,statements....."stupid/silly".I have been waiting patiently for the prime minister to say something, and for Frederick to publicly make the accusations.

the Grynberg issue is dead and the current government knows it

Its Ashamed that we have a leader of a such beatiful island who has over the years produce NOBLE LAUREATES in ECONOMICS< LITERATURE and other well verse persons with professional degreeand so forth.
And today we have a leader who only has a c and didn't finish high school, doesn't understand figures or maybe contractural agreement.

What does this say about us as a nation, Aren't we being the laughing stock round the caribbean and the world.
When in todays world with its economic challenge, Education, and globalization.
Then we have people who run up and down as party paupers not understanding what is at stake in st lucia.
That's ashame. And what does this say about us as st lucians

Talk about high class deception from the UWP government. Persons who see a need to defend the UWP government on the Grynberg matter should be ashamed of themselves. While illiteracy figures are still high in St. Lucia, we still have intelligent folks who understands of such legal import.

Frederick,King and company should stop their political gimmick on the Grynberg matter. We are quite aware that it is a political year but please guys give up this strategy of political deception. We know that the UWP government is good with deceptive strategies but this one will not work.

To the blogger who stated that there is credibility in the seabed being sold to a Chinese company,if that is to be believed, then the seabed in Guadeloupe,Martinique was sold as well. The internet is a place where information is being twisted to suite humans selfish ambitions

the UWP knows that there is no credibility to their accusations. This Grynberg affair is an attempt to distract the electorate from the pain and suffering currently being felt by the populace
