Does the Attorney General, Rudolph “Doddy” Francis plan to answer the following questions posted on the St. Lucia Labour Party’s Web site?

1. Is P.O Box 1201, Lower Morne Road, Castries, St. Lucia, which is listed as the corporate registered address of Atlantic University Inc., the same address as the private law firm of Mr. Rudolph “Doddy” Francis?

2. Is Cheryl Francis, who is a signatory to the certificate of incorporation of Atlantic University Inc, described in the registered certificate as a Telecommunications Executive, the wife of Attorney General Rudolph “Doddy” Francis?

3. Is there a historical relationship between the Attorney General and one Vernon Viera (also spelt Vierra), a Lawyer of Frigate Bay, St. Kitts who is also a signatory to the certificate of incorporation of Atlantic University Inc. and does that relationship date back to the period when Mr. Rudolph Francis worked in St. Kitts?

4. Was due diligence done on the principal persons associated with Atlantic University, particularly Mr. Vernon Viera, whose record of fraud amounting to millions of dollars, is well documented in the courts of St. Kitts and Nevis?

Another BAD BOY in Politics…… Bad Boy, Bad Boy whatcha gonna do? Whatcha you gonna do when Francois come for you?

In the meantime Saint Lucia is being degraded in it's demise.

The country is doomed to failure if the electorate does not wake from this horrible nightmare.

Micah, you have missed the point. The people are not silly. Corruption is now part of the culture of St. Lucia..it is experienced in dance, singing and other aspects of life. Micah, corruption is also economically functional...it is a way of like. People are able to meet their financial commitments through corruption. It is happening at all levels. St. Lucians use rationalization as a way of condoning corruption to the point where their thinking is structured in this way...if I do not do it, then someone else will..so I may as well do it. And the reason why this thinking is so prevalent is because few people have resigned on the basis of principles. Great and bold article.

@above,
What do you say about Ricky-Dicky, Play-For-Pay? His paper should be named "The St Lucia FOX"!

Good article, Mr Writer.

Getting rid of the predator’s who harbor such acts will be a priority in this election cycle, by voting out of office caretakers and the King Administration - a mass, to the bust bins of Saint Lucia’s political history.

Only bring back ....dipolomatic crooks? I hope this isn't what you are suggesting.

Is the rumour true that LPM and NDM are working out an accommodation?

I say silly people in this silly season giving support to the likes of Stephenson King and others in his party will see their inevitable demise. Their demise is sure because King and his men simply do not care about the electorate. If they did, they would not wait after 4 1/2 years of getting rich on Taiwanese millions to put up projects (ti-canal, and concrete roads)all over the islands to fool poor and disadvantaged people into believing that they are creating jobs.

Our people are not fools. They do understand that the UWP government simply does not care about their survival and the future of their children.

We need jobs that will sustain families not 2 days, and a month jobs that do not guarantee meals and paying of bills and mortgages throughout the next 6 months.

King please note that I once suppported the UWP party but your foolishness and weakness as a leader begs for a different course of action. I am simply appalled at your decision to develop designs in the Careille community that simply goes against our community's policies. It vexes my spirit to see how you neglect disadvantaged communities in the Castries North constituency and place more attention in the middle class areas.

Our nation continue to bleed under the stabbing hands of King and his men. We need change we can believe in. A change in government is necessary if we are to be progressive.

Hey Gimmick up there, you feel good with your SLP trash?

Mistake? if there is someone to be blamed for where we are today it is Kenny. Had Kenny done what he was supposed to do, people like me would not have voted against them. Guess what I am still going to vote against his arse again.

A Silly people???
Read this from another blog:

Bad Faith
What is even more remarkable is the finding of ‘bad faith’ in the judgment. Bad faith is the most serious form of wrongdoing by public authorities and is hardly ever upheld in a court. What it means, as the court itself notes, is that this was not a simple matter of a Cabinet not understanding their duties and functions. Rather, it was a deliberate display of the abuse of their discretion for the worst possible reasons. In the words of the court itself:

The allegation of bad faith carries with it . . . allegations of dishonesty and improper use of the powers granted by the legislation. It suggests that the entire Cabinet, . . . were involved in a cover up to protect one of their members. It is a very serious allegation . . . bad faith means dishonesty: ‘It always involves a grave charge. It must not be treated as a synonym for an honest, though mistaken, taking into consideration of a factor which is in law irrelevant.” . . .It covers fraud and corruption”.

WE ALL KNOW ABOUT CORRUPTION?

Chapter 5 (Finance) Article 77 (Consolidated Fund) of the Constitution of St. Lucia, the supreme Law of the land, says that all monies to be used officially in St. Lucia for government projects MUST be disbursed from the Consolidated Fund.

You wonder why then the Federal Government mentioned St lucia as a corrupt country?

I don't think we are a silly people!

I think we are possibly a set of immoral, unethical, church going/rosary people who would be prepared to pour jeyes, bay rum, turpentine and lysol on a set of corrupt politicians to make them smell good and even if the corrupt ordour surpasses that, then we will justify it by saying the other set is just as bad!!

St Lucians will wake up on election day ....call it at the end of the silly season and pretend to be silly by voting a gang made up of possible thugs, con men/jail birds, meerkats, weasels, naffins, liars, drug barons; the worse set of misfits and incompetent, dishonest, clueless, corrupt politicians to ever grace the face of St. Lucian politics and feel proud about it....

I have no time to waste....I can pay my bills!

My Fellow Countrymen:

Let me refresh your memory or draw your attention to something you may have forgotten. Arnold Schwarzenegger decided to run for Public office as a Republican and was elected on October 7, 2003. Three months before he was elected into office The Drudge Report in the US posted the following article on its web site:

DRUDGE REPORT SUN AUGUST 31, 2003

ABC NEWS has spiked an interview with a close associate of Arnold Schwarzenegger who went on camera and accused the California gubernatorial candidate of making racist comments back in the 1970s, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.

Charges of past racist comments by Schwarzenegger were leveled by Rick Wayne, sources claim, a former bodybuilding star who is now the publisher of the St. Lucia Star. Wayne, who is black, told ABC NEWS that Schwarzenegger made the comments regarding South Africa's former Apartheid system:
"If you gave these blacks a country to run, they would run it down the tubes," Schwarzenegger allegedly said.

The interview was taped and set for airing but was spiked, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned. Schwarzenegger was speaking about South African Blacks, and he was making a sensible prediction: If Blacks ever assumed control over then White-governed South Africa, the country would quickly deteriorate. His prediction has, in the intervening years, come true. Blacks now rule South Africa, thanks in large part to a concerted effort by liberal activists in the West, and South African Blacks have indeed "run it down the tubes," just as Schwarzenegger anticipated. Sub-Saharan Africa's only success story has become just another in a long list of Black failures.

But Rick Wayne is not now publicizing an old conversation in order to document Arnold's powers of prophecy. He hopes to injure him, and he knows that a record of unflattering statements about Blacks, no matter how truthful, is potentially lethal to any aspiring White politician…………

My friends you can see a pattern of behavior. Perhaps the information above may help you understand why Rick Wayne has joined forces with the current administration to try to destroy Dr. Kenny Anthony. He tried with Arnold and now is seeking to do the same thing with Dr. Anthony. Let us do as the Americans did and totally DISREGARD anything he has to say.

Well said Micah and do not take any account of the inane party hacks who continually try to draw us all into their party tribalism.

You are correct we are a silly people and not the political system or season.
This is why I have no time to waste on those in other forum who continually deride the Westminster system as failing. It really does not matter if we have a first past the post system or a proportional system or whatever. We will still bastardize it and corrupt it for our own purposes.

Why has Kenny not been banned from politics after hundred million dollar mismanagement mistakes? He ran St. Lucia for 9 years and failed. FAILED , end of story.

Why do we allow federal prisoners with no remorse and drug dealer friends to run this present Administration?

Why do we not hold the well paid civil servants to account? Where are the audits and accountability?

Where are our religeous leaders ?

We are a failed state because WE are the silly people. We continue to promote policies that destroy our families and guarantee that we will raise "feral" creatures as children. Ask the police in London about the riots and the fatherless African Caribbean children, youth who led the pack.

We have removed personal responsibility from the jargon of our society and everyone expects "de government" to provide everything. We no longer know right from wrong as we effecively promote drug by our youth -who smoke only yards away from police station.
Oh yes -and the police themselves are in on the drug trade.

We do not care how we get money -as long as we get it.

So you are indeed correct and put it the right way. We are the silly people and not the season !!!

Once as I read those old time left leaning liberal failures start or use the term "My Friends" I know we are in for a lot of garbage.
This Harris fellow definately qualifies.

He must have learnt this in the same failed socialist societies like Guyana as did Kenny and Earl Bousquet.

His is a generation that has raped our societies, produced generations of dysfunctional youth and destroyed the potential for growth that we once had in the 1960s and 1970s.

Only a revolution getting rid of those failures will purge our country of these socialist clowns.

Well said and to the point we as citizens are silly when we accept the status quo of defending politicians allege corruption because of our tinted political glasses.
I repeat to many of us are caught up in seeing our political party in office instead of electing credible individuals into office. We as a people must stop justifying wrongs of individual politicians but define unequivocal standards that we must hold all seeking political office to account regardless of our colur persuasion. It is only then can we address and make significant progress that will benificial to our country and it's citizens.
Wake up my fellow country men and women and stop defending corruption, mismanagement, secret contracts, etc, and demand accountability, transparency from our politicians across all parties seeking your vote.

...and its silly people who vote on the stregth of chicken and rum. When the latter happens you get what you deserve. For once listen to the message of the politician see if he/she has intergrity and honesty, is he/she giving a message of change and hope, if not vote no to all the above.
