Kenny and his Labour Party will have to take their licking like real men. No complaining.

"Look into visa affair" - didn't he dispatched Janine Compton in 2008 to look into the Frederick's affair?

So what new evidence will this diplomat find, except, the US State Department revoking Richard Frederick's diplomatic and tourist visas?

Who is this simpleton fooling - I rather suspect he is too scared of Richard Frederick. He is afraid to be dealt a blow as was deceased Fedee!!

Richard Frederick is a dangerous man and his operatives are just as dangerous!!

Anonymous said...

Did King really think the Americans (State Department) will tell his diplomats the reason(s) for revoking Fredericks' visas?

If he actually think the Americans would; then he is bigger fool than I thouhgt he already is!!

Anonymous said...

@#2, maybe they will find more evidence of Richard's illicit and illegal trade. But as #3 said, let King keeps on dreaming if he think the Americans will give out any information that they have on Richard Frederick.

Fool.

@1, where the hell does Kenny and his Labour party fit into this article.I am tired of the foolishness that is spewed by UWP Hacks, and by extension, those of any political party. Are you saying that Kenny and co. is responsible for Frederick visa being revoked.Wikileaks revealed that Frederick has been under the Radar of the US Department for years. The US also have the right to grant or revoke the visas of anyone the so damn well please.

Anonymous said...

Say it like it is Donna; who vex, I recommend they eat thier heart out!

Huh, every week something negative about Richard Frederick. RF this, RF that - always negative.

If he think he would have gotten away from the Americans with his illegal trade; then think again, drug lord!! The Americans don't play; they bid their time carefully, and, wham bam - they get you.

So now King sending diplomats to the US State Department. He think the State Department have time for him and his foolish diplomats?

So what is Rick Wayne stance on that?...I guess he will just write some foolishness defending his partner in crimes.

Anonymous said...

No, the Americans have no explanations to give you or your diplomats.

You, King, Prime Minister, single handedly (you could have a few policemen station at your office door) gotta call Richard Frederick in your office and DEMAND an explantion from him, and ask him why his diplomatic and vistor's visas were cancelled.

Why, you think the Americans will hand over to your diplomats any files they have on Frederick. In turn for the files to be slapped and "gor-ghet" the hell out of you!!

What planet you're living on King?...Get rid of this man and call elections. Damn it!!

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of St. Lucia is an ex-FEDERAL convict (# 77316-012) CHECK the LINK: http://www.bop.gov/iloc2/InmateFinderServlet?Transaction=NameSearch&needingMoreList=false&FirstName=rufus&Middle=george&LastName=bousquet&Race=B&Sex=M&Age=50&x=62&y=18. Rufus Bousquet was in a FEDERAL JAIL for SERIOUS CRIMES in the United States of America. He is seen in the State Department (the US Ministry of Foreign Affairs) as a CRIMINAL, and he is therefore NOT WELCOME in the United States. The United States officials DO NOT want to talk to Rufus Bousquet, aka BRUCE DUANE TUCKER. United States officials do not mind dealing with ex-convicts who were found guilty of political crimes, eg., Nelson Mandela. They LOVE and RESPECT Mandela, who spent 33 years in prison in South Africa, as a political prisoner. They do not love Fidel Castro, but they give him BIG RESPECT, because he is a serious politician. They did not love Michael Manley, but they gave him BIG RESPECT as a serious politician and Jamaican leader. They did not trust Maurice Bishop, but they gave him BIG RESPECT as a young Caribbean revolutionary, and for his solid education. They did not trust George Odlum, but the Americans gave him BIG RESPECT as an educated and bright orator and a solid politician with his own ideas. RUFUS BOUSQUET on the other hand is seen and remembered by the Americans as a criminal in the United States, who was engaged in GRAND THEFT AUTO, Identity Theft, and was considered to be an uneducated, dumb, illegal immigrant, hostile to US national security. The Americans WILL NOT TALK with Rufus Bousquet!!!! DONNA BAPTISTE.

King needs to stop taking St. Lucians for a ride but then again he must because that's the nature of the man. One lie to the next, liar-liar.

I feel sorry for Janine...King used her, and then dumped her. RF coming for you King because it's all your fault that this mess exist with the Housing Minister. King is to be blamed not Janine. NEXT CASE!

When the wilkepedia emails were leaked, Itook the view that this was just chatter, tit bits of information about individuals collected and collated by yhe CIA.
However this revelation that a minister of state has had all visas to the USA retracted causes me serious concern. Firstly its the first time in our countrys history that any minister has had to face such a humiliating experience.
My main concern is that a major aid donar has evoked the visa of one of our ministers this implies that the individual is person non grata in the USA.
Iput the nation on warning that they must expect a arrest warrant to be issued against the said minister shortly.
A point of interest a Jamaican minister who suffered the same fate at the hands of the USA was forced to resign his ministerial position.
Finally in anticipation of Rick Wayne concorting some spin on this matter attempting to play down its significance I ask him"Rick if your visa to the USA was was retracted and you could not enter the the USA for medical treatment would that be serious?"
Oh! by the way Rick dont try and blame Kenny for this , this is caused by greed and corruption.

Anonymous said...

#1, where is Kenny and his Labour Party coming in that!

Kenny and his Labour Party was not the one or did not put any gun to Richard Frederick's head to make him trade in illicit and illegal activites. Nor did they put a gun to his head to do the following:

1. Arrested multiple times
2. Under valued imported luxuries goods; re: 2 BMW cars
3. Put his operatives on TV as role models
4. Had his operatives to dis-respect a police officer when, he, RF was illegally packed.
5. Took his own government to court
6. Etc; etc...

So where is your politics coming.

The fact is, the US State Department, on concrete grounds and evidence, took away this douche-bag's visas from ever setting foot in their country.

The next step is now to arrest him and put him where he belongs - behind bars!

Bloggers, just google "Richard Frederick visa"...and the results are astounding!!

This is making its round across the Caribbean and elsewhere!!

Ahhhhhhh Richard, Richard, you will pay for what you are putting St Lucia through. On a different note, yo-bien-fete; cause we had absolutley no right to come near you with a ten foot poll!

Newspapers in Jamaica, Antigua, Guyana, St Vincent, Trinidad, Barbados, The US, Canada, Dominica, etc etc all carrying this story in its full glory!!

And Rufus Bosquet have the guts and audacity to say "this will not affect RF?"...they, Richard Frederick and Rufus Bosquet are cut from the same cloths - mem bet, mem pwell!!

Hey, Augustus Caesar became the accidental leader of Rome upon the untimely death of Julius Caesar, and he went on to become the greatest Roman Emperor ever.

Give King a chance, he has the qualities of becoming a great Prime Minister.

Above, please pray, name ONE, only ONE, of the qualities that King posseses to be a great leader.

I await your answer.

Further more above, a Prime Minister (any Prime Minister) SHOULD NOT take CHANCES with the welfare of a country (any country).

With chances, we are almost looking at 80% failure; 20% or less success, as evidence having King as PM by CHANCE, when John Compton passed on.

Anonymous said...

King lacks the knowledge and smarts in every aspect of his life so he assumes that every Saint Lucian is as dumb as he is. King was the first person the US Embassy called to inform about the revocation of the diplomatic visa. This visa belongs to and is paid for by the tax payers of Saint Lucia and its only protocol for the USA to called King to inform him AS HEAD OF THE GOVERNMENT. Subsequently the US Embassy would inform the holder of the visa of the position which has been taken. So the notion that King did not know and Frederick was "shocked and surprised" is utter gabbage; hogwash; an attempt to pull wool over our eyes. King you of all people knows that WHATEVER IS DONE IN THE DARK MUST COME TO THE LIGHT. We are waiting patiently to know who killed former comptroller of Customs and SLASPA GM Michael Fedee. What also does Marius Wilson know that we dont know that he spoke to Kenny about when security was commissioned for him. King does not have the gonads to do what is right and to demand that Frederick RESIGNS and I am positive that Frederick too has stuff on King that he Frederick has threatened to expose should King take action against him. Tanto tanto....ELECTION SOON COME!!!!!

And of all persons "US DIPLOMAT? keith St Aime , a peodophile himself who some parents in Saint Lucia are impatiently awaiting to drag him before the courts. Why do we have this man being paid tax dollars to "cool out" on NY?.......ELECTION SOON COME DOE WORRY!!!!!

Kenny said that the visiting U.S. DIPLOMAT did not discus Richard Frederick with him. I DO NOT BELIEVE HIM! King has not said anything yet. I DO NOT BELIEVE HIM EITHER!

DATE: 2/12/2007
STATUS: CONFIDENTIAL
SUBJECT: (C) ST. LUCIA PM COMPTON HOLDS HIS CARDS CLOSE BUT CLAIMS TO REIN IN CONTROVERSIAL MINISTER'S AMBITIONS
REF: A. BRIDGETOWN 49
B. 06 BRIDGETOWN 2180

1. (C) SUMMARY: On February 2, Deputy Chief of Mission Gilroy called on Government of St. Lucia (GOSL) Prime Minister Sir John Compton to congratulate him on his return to power and to review the bilateral relationship. She also raised USG concerns about charismatic cabinet member Richard Frederick's close ties to narco-traffickers. Sir John pledged his government's cooperation on security matters, including measures to address crime against American citizens, and assured DCM he had contained Minister Frederick's ambitions to control a security-related portfolio or attain leadership of the ruling party. END SUMMARY.

4. (C) PM Compton became most animated when the DCM raised USG concerns about Minister for Housing, Urban Renewal, and Local Government Richard Frederick (ref A), a dynamic political newcomer whose deep pockets appear to be lined with narco-dollars...

Running on the UWP slate in the December 2006 parliamentary elections, Frederick handily won re-election to the capital city seat, emerging as a powerhouse in the PM's party. Widely regarded in the region as a wily political operator, PM Compton has since taken steps to contain Frederick's burgeoning ambitions. Noting that Frederick hoped to gain a cabinet portfolio dealing with internal security or communication, Compton acknowledged that he personally blocked Frederick's appointment to positions in which he would have access to information about air and sea ports, citing Frederick's "strong support in the ghetto." Instead, Compton put him in charge of housing where he could help his base. Sir John assured the DCM that he has taken steps to ensure Frederick would never take a leadership role in the UWP, but he declined to specify what those steps were.

The above, dear reader, is a communique from Bridgetown, Barbdos, to then PM, Sir John Compton.

So why the hell is King saying he is now aware of what is going on now. Please check the date of that missive. DATE 2/12/2007.

LIAR, LIAR, LIAR, LIAR = STEPHENSON KING!!

They all know well what has been going on. King knows, Kenny knew, Compton Knew, and hell yes we all of St Lucia knew.

Isn't it rather ironic that a madman and despot like President Ahmadinejad of Iran can get a visa to enter the United States but St. Lucia's Housing Minister (Richard Fredericks), an elected Member of Parliament and a member of Cabiner cannot.
Goes to show you what the USA thinks of Fredericks !!!

Anonymous said...

Anonymous at 1.03 P.M. the difference between Iran "madman" Ahmadinejad and Lucian Minister Richard Frederick is that Ahmadinejad is not an associate of persons who sell DRUGS; he is not involved with persons who engage in the illicit trafficking of drugs from Colombia and Venezuela, to the United States; he is not a man with millions of unexplained US dollars in the banks; with huge properties all over the place; with brief-cases filled with US Dollars at United States airports; Ahmadinejad may be a "madman" but he is not a suspect in the oh so mysterious murder of a US citizen in St. Lucia, who had motor vehicle sales dealings with two of your present ministers; he is not suspected of involvement in the murder of a SLASPA official, Mr. Mikey Fedee, who was assisting St. Lucia Customs and the US FBI and CIA, with the investigations of TAX EVASION and under-invoicing activities by certain ministers. In other words, Ahmadinejad may be a "madman" to you, but he is not a criminal, and he has no criminal record, as is the case with several ministers of the present government of St. Lucia? Do you therefore now understand why Ahmadinejad can have his US visa, and why Richard Frederick will DIE before he ever gets a US visa, ever again? JACQUOT.

Is it me alone, or did anyone noticed how Rick Wayne's Star Newspaper carried out that Frederick fiasco, without the Star's standard and usual practices of "editorializing" news stories, especially when these stories pertains to other parties and not the UWP.

Which diplomat is going to look into the Fredericks visa issue?

Not the buffoon in New York who cannot run a fish shop in Laborie?

Not the same one who other diplomats say makes up foreign policy and goes to luncheons on the basis of what is being served and he can put in his pocket to take home?

Eh bien !

Please Lord, FBI, CIA nab this piece of douchebag and jail the hell out of him for good - once and for all.

This man has all the ills of humanity on his hands; namely; viticimization (ref Robbie), nacortics trafficking (per the US State Department's missives), assissination, Fedee (ref. FBI, SCotland Yard), evading taxes, bullying, intimidation...etc, ect...It would take over a whole week pages just to review Richard Frederick's ills.

The US Embassies never denies nor revoke any ones visa without explaining to the individual their reason for doing so. Haven't anyone on this blog been denied a visa before? Tell me, did they just say "no we will not grant you entry" or did say, "we declined your application because of XYZ". I am betting my left nut, again, that Richard Frederick and Stephenson King knows exactly why the US revoked that visa.

This is an Why we need leadership in order to be able to deal with the vexing problems at home and international,

Please my fellow lucians We need to do what is right for our future
Cannot afford to send children on this vexing mission, also you need to have a Established party That is Known and Reognize around the caribbean and the international world, In order for st lucia to get its mojo back.

Have you ever noticed, in any war the Americans are in, and if any of thier comerades are in trouble, they will RUN right into harms way to help and protect their comerades - putting thier country first before self.

AWA not here, King will do whatever possible - endure slaps and gorgets here there and everywhere, just so to protect his job. Don't give too hoot about Lucia!! But then again, why should he, he is not Lucian, after all!

I mourn for Helen because the very persons entrusted to guide her sails are tearing them asunder. Who will help painful Helen? Her tear drops were once crystal clear, now the teardrops are turning red due to the many battered relationships she's shared with insincere and worthless men.

Her time of deliverance is near...hold on Helen, hold on for you will once again attain your fair image for your batterers and enemies to see. Don't give up lady Helen even when your very unthankful and unappreciative children are siding with your adversaries. Your moans and groans seems intolerable for your children have sold you to the highest bidder, which in your case amounts to a few hundred dollars but don't give in to pressure for you have toiled too hard to give up now. King is another liar because the diplomatic visa belongs to the government and the U S MUST inforn the St Lucia government they revoked the visa. That is how the U S operate.

Another thing I want to ask Frederick why didn't he come to New Yorke for labour day this year which was on Sept 5th? Frederick come to New Yorke every Labour Day. This year we all went to his favourite bar where we all congregate with him every year, we waiting for him there was no show, why. He did not even call, we just did not hear anything from him. But he did not he had lost his visa. Who he believe he is fooling? King has lied enough to us already it's time he call election for us to get rid of him and his gang. King claims that he has launched an investigation into why Frederick's visas were revoked. How ludicrous. While he is at it, he must launch an investigation into why he himself sent Jeanine to the US Embassy to get information on Frederick. You see how ridiculous this is! Stop stalling and fooling around King. I've become very impatient with your foolishness.

Anonymous said...

I don't need to hear why Richard Frederick's visas were revoked for me to know that he should resign. Openly defying a policeman by instructing his bus loads of followers to ignore the officer's directives is grounds enough for Frederick to resign ... I'm not even talking about the evasion of customs duties or him being charged with reckless endangerment regarding the use of a fire arm.

Anonymous said...

Poor Richard Frederick. Did you hear him talk about the conspiracy concocted by Jeanine, Ausbert, the SLP, Terrance Leonard, the US government and Jack Grynberg to get rid of him.

Am I to assume that Stephenson King is also part of the conspiracy since he was the one who sent Jeanine to the embassy in 2008?

Why didn't Richard answer Andre's question about when he was notified of the confirmation of the revocation of his visas. Could it be that it would reveal that he lied to the nation and his dear constituents last Friday?

Oh Dear, 'La lin kouwi, Jou baway'

Anonymous said...

Richard Frederick knows why his visas were revoked and the Prime Minister should have asked him to explain to the press what happened. Democracies run best on truth and transparency and in a democracy the appearance of wrong doing is sometimes just as devastating to a political system as the wrong doing itself. St. Lucia is too small for all this mess...America is too tough on privacy for the Prime minister to think that the State Department will give him information on somebody else. Minister Frederick has a responsibility to explain to his constituency and the country what really happened with him and if he does not want to get into it he should resign from Government. He is a servant of the people...Remember? Whatever happened here is not good.

Honourable Minister Richard Frederick, when you took your oath as a Member of Cabinet, and a Minister of government, you swore ON THE BIBLE to serve the people of St. Lucia with "truth", with "honesty" and with "RESPECT." So my man, please get off your HIGH HORSE RIGHT NOW and present a written statement to the PEOPLE OF ST. LUCIA, explaining to us, why a diplomatic US visa that you received from the government of the United States, IN THE NAME OF THE PEOPLE OF ST. LUCIA, has been cancelled by the United States government!! This is a DUTY that you and Accidental Prime Minister have to THE PEOPLE OF ST. LUCIA!!! If you refuse to do so, you must hand in your resignation from the Government of St. Lucia right, now, immediately!!! You owe it to us to explain why your Diplomatic visa, issued to you in OUR NAME, has been cancelled. This is not a favour you and King Kong are doing for us!!!! EXPLAIN NOW, Minister Richard Frederick. That's the reason you are called Honourable Richard Frederick!!!!!! If you continue to play games with us, and you do not explain this thing to us immediately, ALL SAINT LUCIANS will lose their respect in the United States, and when we go to Barbados trying to get visas to travel to the USA, the Americans will be looking down upon us without respect, in the same way they treat the Jamaicans and the Guyanese. Accidental Prime Minister King, STOP playing this serious game with us and come out NOW and explain this matter to us. This is your duty. DONNA BAPTISTE.

Always on point, Donna.

Kenny said it; no one took heed, when Kenny said it was a sad day, a dreadfully sad day, when Richard Frederick entered our local politics.

It has come to pass!!

The diplomatic visa, accorded to RF on behalf of the peopel and government of St Lucia, is our - THAT DIPLOMATIC VISA IS THE VISA OF THE PEOPLEOF ST LUCIA, thus, Frederick needs to explain to the people of St Lucia, how comes the American took it back.

His visitor and personal visa, which they also took, is his affairs - not ours.

Since the Prime Minister has remained silent on the Richard Frederick issue and Richard Frederick has seen it fit to blame everyone but himself, St Lucians should take matters into their own hands.

I would like to encourage St Lucians to contact Transparency International to make sure we can assist them in carrying out their surveys in this country so that we can be included on The Corruption Perception Index for
the year 2011.

I wonder how the Business Community will feel about that ….

In the meantime, St. Lucians should start reading the information on the following website:

http://www.transparency.org

Corruption Perceptions Index 2009
 The Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) table shows a country's ranking and score, the number of surveys used to determine the score, and the confidence range of the scoring.

 The rank shows how one country compares to others included in the index. The CPI score indicates the perceived level of public-sector corruption in a country/territory.

 The CPI is based on 13 independent surveys. However, not all surveys include all countries. The surveys used column indicates how many surveys were relied upon to determine the score for that country.

 The confidence range indicates the reliability of the CPI scores and tells us that allowing for a margin of error; we can be 90% confident that the true score for this country lies within this range.

Rank: 22
Country/Territory: St. Lucia
CPI 2009 Score: 7.0
Surveys Used: 3
Confidence Ran ge: 6.7-7.5

The 2010 CPI covers two countries fewer than last year’s edition. The slight change resulted from individual sources adjusting the range of countries they assess. These adjustments in coverage made it possible to include Kosovo for the first time, but led to the exclusion of Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and Suriname, for which only two sources of information were available this year.

We will not get a resignation from RF and King does not have the political fortitude or the gonads to demand that RF resigns. In the meantime King is aware that the longer he keeps RF in his party and cabinet the more he damages the fragment of the UWP, any chance he has of scoring one goal and further damaging himself; I am sure his pollsters would have advised him of that. So my dear Saint Lucians let the drums roll......the self distruction continues daily and all to the credit of the SLP..... What King has done is to take the Saint Lucian populace for granted....be patient my people no matter how long King delays he MUST call elections and UWP will be wiped off Saint Lucia's political map for GOOD!!!!

King is far too old and far too gone to develop strong gonads to make decisions in his cabinet especially firing Frederick for his US visa revocation, which he is directly or indirectly responsible for.

King just brace yourself to make way for fresh ideas and strong leadership in the person of Dr. Ubaldus Raymond for the people of Castries North. You, King have embarrassed us for too long.

UWP - John Compton + Richard Frederick + Rufus Bosquet + Kieth Mondesir + Allan Chastanet + Stephenson King = Self Destruct.
