Welcome to getting screwed corporate style!! In any event you guys don't have a case since the warranty has expired. Moral of the story: don't buy before reviewing a products 5 year history.

Like we say in America. FORD means Fix Or Repair Daily.

Warranty my foot. When so many customers are having similar problems, Northwest should listen and reimburse these folks.

That is the problem in st lucia.

Our so called businessmen are nothing but shopkeepers who make their bucks off of St. Lucian s and work hand in hand with governments to borrow money and screw the people.

When will we ever get a government that can show somw standards because it will not happen with our poor quality businesspeople .

There is definitely a problem here. So many complains, same company. The company is using the warranty period as a scapegoat. This is not the first time North West have sold faulty vehicles to St. Lucians. The company should recall these vehicles and compensate owners accordingly. The owners can also mobilize themselves and seek some legal redress. Come on, these vehicles are less than five years and so many problems?

Northwest and the Bains know that they're selling rubbish to people. In 2004, I too bought a Ford Ranger and within the first three months, I had to take it back to Northwest 4 times. It also took them over two months to fit my bedliner, which I'd paid for at the time of purchasing my vehicle. STOP BUYING from these people. They're taking hard working St Lucians for idiots.

Another dirt British scumbag who abuses black people.

Northwest has known of this problem all along, and the mechanics are very aware of the faulty vehicles that they are "supposedly" servicing. Why should any of the owners feel comfortable buying and then have those Lego truck mechanics do any work on it.

I certainly don't buy Mr.Bain's comments that Ford is aware of the problem here in St.Lucia. Ford has recalled vehicles for faulty lighting, but are yet to recall on the engines. Really??

Think he's trying to weave himself out of yet another deceptive sale.

my husband and i bought a 2007 ford ranger from northwest and while under warranty we began to experience problems which they claimed to have fixed. four years later we're no longer under warranty and are being given the run around by these people. thats unethical business practices they need to do right by their customers we did not buy an icicle a vehicle is an expensive investment. i will dissuade everyone i know they are not to be trusted.

dishonest people hiding behind warranty. i am disappointed with consumer affairs. moral suasion really??? if they had any morals they woulddo the right thing.

We St. Lucians need to stand behind these guys. Mr. Bain admitted that they knew of the problem and is working with Ford to fix the problems. Now come on Mr. Bain you have admitted to it.

the owners should contact ford directly to get the other side of the story.

im sure if they contacted ford that a rep of ford would be sent to st.lucia.how can we be sure they contacted ford.where is the proof.

for all we know they may have been compensated and kept it for them selves.
