you are so right, excellent piece. I visited st.Lucia and was the word ambulance written in the same manner and I was baffled too. I don't think a country which boost tourism & spending money to change a tourisim logo is ready yet. St.Lucia no more holidays for me. Even Cuba will pick me up faster.

The priorities in St.Lucia is all over the place.

The government cannot taxes owed in the millions for hotels.

Yet they spend 45 million to promote hotels and tourism.

Money for all types of public service PS'S, and committees.

Expenditure for all sorts of political programs and projects

And, yet St.Lucia cannot afford basic ambulance service..YOU MUST BE JOKING !!!

Yet the government is calling for more airlift and more cruise ships.People get serious and be real.

This is not a joke...Fix this now or else St.Lucia will be hit with major insurance claims in the courts.

Need not worry soon from now there will be no more St.Lucia to talk about. This place is deteriorating faster than you can say " pooh" my heart bleed for my beautiful homeland country of my birth. May God bless and keep you and curse all those who rape you.

Question, Is it just me or are people questioning the manner. In which the word Ambulance is written. T the front of the vehicles. If I am getting this wrong. The forgive me, but here's the answer. The letters are laterally inverted on the Ambulance, meaning that they are written in a manne that a driver looking in his rear view mirror will see the word AMBULANCE on the vehicle nad not the laterally inverted word he would se e otherwise. Don't believe me... Take a book or anything with words written on it and look at the reflection in the mirror.

@ above: We know all that. However, we don't give a hoot about what the driver sees. We want to see more damn ambulances!!!
