IF the Hotels will not pay HAT, and continue to get concessions why should the poor people of St.Lucia pay VAT?
And more so, why should taxpayers pay for advertising and promotion via 34 million to the hotel and tourism to market St. Lucia and hoteliers property?
The taxpayers getting shaft at both ends.

Why "reporters" continue to interview Stephenson King is beyond me. It's like interviewing a cracked out mother on the street and trying to find out from her why she sold her baby for meth.
