well to be fare inasmuch as we feel the UK havent supported us enough for post slavery affairs. they have given much of the oecs a few handouts.. ok that said .. i didn t bother reading that article at all about the jubilee ..i feel we need not be spending funds on this in my view.. if we compare martinique and st lucia u will understand why. infact compare the french or dutch territories with all other speaking english caribbean island except for trinidad of course, u will that their economies are always well adjusted even in recession periods ..
