I said that Kenny would go cap in hand to the Taiwanese whom he had vilified up to just one year ago. That is the only reason he stayed with them because they were the only ones who would be willing to give his Administratiuon money.

I said he would go next year - but guess what - he already went begging and boasted how a "grant" from them would make up the bulk of the money for STEP for Christmas.

VAT, borrowing, grants - that is all he has done for 11 years in bankrupting St. Lucia.
