New call centre same agents= same service. Seriously LIME . Focus focus focus. You have the same e-service agent will that make a difference in customer service?

160 jobs are expected - this is what is said for public consumption and also make the politicians feel good.

They are quoting the highest number they EXPECT maybe in a few years. This is for PR purposes.

More likely around 50 or less.
