According to the electoral website http://www.electoral.gov.lc/candidates-parties/candidate-lookup
Peter Josie won 36% and Winston Cenac won 31% of the vote which would both be enough to keep their deposit.
The following candidates (10) appear to have lost their deposits Henry Marquis - Micoud South Robert Charles - Micoud North Thomas Walcott - Gros Islet Peter Wildred - Dennery North Kenneth Foster - Castries South East Daphne Murray - Castries South Leory Butcher - Castries North Patrick Fell - Castries East Hilary Modeste - Castries Central Austin Jude - Babonneau
