Is that LPM fellow just straight out of the mad house?

Why would you say such a thing? I find Mr. Prudent to be a very articulate and bright young man.

So the LPM wants to take the Ministry responsible for the mainstay of the Saint Lucian economy out of political control! What is his concept of Democracy?

That LPM fellow is just straight out of the mad house.

I think you got it all wrong. From what I gather after reading the LPM is talking about better management of these ministries. The suggestions being make here is worth exploring as far as I am concern.

LPM is very confused. Maybe it is the heat-wave in the New York area causing this.

Management embraces leadership. Management is largely status quo direction. Leadership is transformational change.

When expected or supposed leadership morphs into status quo corrupt perfunctory management, as obtained with our institutions such as the NCA, how do we as Saint Lucians effect transformational change? How are we going to do this in a highly dynamic industry that tourism is? Is it going to be by way of another easily entrenched layer of self-serving bureaucrats as is our current Civil Saurus {Read: Service]?

Mr Prudent's ideas are very interesting and enlightening ... but this can only happen when pigs fly!!

(Mr Prudent - don't get me wrong, I totally agree with your vision).
