Who’s To Blame?

So rambally is on holiday from her holiday. What a useless woman, nothing more than a doormat for her Slp colleagues and a useless moocher on the public purse. Menissa was a complete waste as a Minister who disappeared like a coward after her election loss and only came back when it was time again to sponge off the public purse.

Well said Anonymous.
Do we see a pattern of behavior continue to unfold on the part of Kenny Anthony and his vindictive men and women.NOT AVAILABLE, NO COMMENT,ON HOLIDAY,WILL RESPOND SHORTLY,ALL THESE ARE LIES,ete, ete.
In the end no answers to the questions are given.Instead,Winston Springer and the SLP fire insults in return.
Does anyone recall that when the Canadian Ambassador informed Kenny that the canadian Government was thiking of imposing visa restrictions on St.lucians wishing to travel to Canada, his response was that he will write to the prime minister.
Any responsible prime minister would immediately request a meeting between his foreign minister and Canada's foreign minister and as soon as possible request a further meeting between himself and prime minister harper.
He did nothing, and who is suffering ?The ordinary St.lucians.meanwhile,he travels to Canada whenever he wants to.
So,Canada took action against us and he said he was notified just before. The US took action against our Police force and please remember that action against our police force is action against St.lucia.HE was not clear(deliberately so)as to whether he was told so just before or after action was taken.
Is the PM saying that he was unaware that the US had taken action against the police commissioner(not being allowed to enter the US to attend a US conference). In his address he did not address the humiliation suffered by the commissioner in his own country.
What a shame.
Instead he goes to Canaries and launches a cowardly ,vicious and hateful attack on Chastenet's father.
Now,since he spoke about Chastenet's father what about his own father.Kenny's father was a slave master and plantation owner(a white man)who treated the people of La Caye in dennery like dirt. Also subjected to this treatment were all those who were in contact with him who were not white.
Now,is it possible that Kenny is jealous of the love ,affection and support that Michael gives his son and since he never got none of that from his own father he somehow believes that the best way to make up for that loss is to lash out at Allen's father.
This man needs help.He needs to see a councellor.
Don,t blame Chastenet for the lack of love to you from your father.

When Allen and his father was entreched in Kenny's inner circles, where were you all??
Now all of a sudden you all ready to take Maypais of the Chastenet's???
Politics is a foolish thing. Allen and his father never did a thing to advance the cause of the UWP yet you all like yardfowls sining their praises.

I think the government is to blame I think the prime minister should call election and next time tell Kenny it was the uwp that made st.luica not him

Kenny Anthony is a Caribbean Mugabe. He has created nothing in 12 years in power and is getting more vicious with age.

Promising to victimize a 'white' Lucian is nothing new for these SLP socialists.Remember they were the ones willing to persecute their most successful and courageous Minister, Sarah Flood Beaubrun because she was not a hack or a doormat like Menissa. Remember how Kenny and his inner circle of paracites sucking off the public purse marginalized Lawson Calderon because Kenny was fraid of him as a political opponent.
George Odlum was called a thief by them and this by a people who were incompetent enough to lose a briefcase of money.

The SLP are on the way to losing the next elections by 16 -1 with only Laborie staying in the fold.

The only question is whether the coward And opportunist Kenny will jump ship or will the SLP use Mugabe tactics with aid of Venezuela and Iran to stay in power.
How long before we start receiving 'aid' from Iran to 'help' our economy!!??

Chastanet's aggressive behaviour is fomenting political trouble and strife, just like John Compton did in the Valley. Compton was the first nastiest politician ever to bring violence into this country's political history and political life.

This one has said repeatedly that he is following Compton. I hope that those with eyes can see where that is already taking the country.

Chastanet has brought no new ideas to put our people back to work.

But the nasty confrontational politics that he has learned from Jamaica and from his idol foreigner John Compton is being put to work already.

This a national and social disaster in the making.

His behavior was absolutely provocative.

He did not win the constituency in the last elections. So why the hell he has to be around for the opening ceremony to open a bridge?

Just why did he not do the decent thing and stay away. Such behavior is going to have a very damaging effect on investor sentiment.

Saint Lucians are courting civil strife, unrest, and disaster by re-electing the remnants of the slime-balls, and racketeers back into office, who were part of the UWP cabal that passed for a government.

The danger signals are here. We are in for some very nasty politics with all of those nasties still around.

Unemployed, unemployable and in need of a job with a comfy pension, the devil finds work for idle hands. Desperate people do very desperate things.

The St. Lucia Police Force for the past 20 years has been a hive of illegality and corruption. Even the good ones have had to 'turn a blind eye' to the criminality of the others.
Drugs, prostitution, drunkeness, bribery is practiced regularly in their ranks. They are a 3rd world goon squad and a law onto themselves. And inefficient and poorly managed to boot.
Reports have been made to that effect and nothing done.

Certain SLP hacks and thugs are in cahoots with them so nothing will be remedied under that organization of hacks and parasites. We know they are high up in that political organization.

Any politician who attempts to fix that mess will be targeted by the drug barons.
At least we know Chastanet is not part of that corruption but whether or not he has the courage to make changes is something else.

Anonymous said...

The fool and ignoramous talking garbage about Compton is one of the primitive goons wallowing in the fecal mess that is the thinking of some people in our country.

You could put these kinds in a US$1,000 a night room in a hotel or a hovel in a ghetto with no toilet and they would not know the difference. Therefore I do know expect them to know the difference between Compton or Kenny.

Between 1997-2006 over 350 Lucians were murdered while Kenny and the SLP reigned as kings over St Lucia. Murders annually went from 16 to 46.

One SLP Minister while rambling in his mind referred to criminals as 'my boys'.
Kenny lied in Parliament about asking criminals to give his people a break one Christmas and the then
idiotic Speaker and former SLP Parliamentarian told Sarah Flood to leave the House unless she aoologized for telling the truth.

What a world under these socialists/liberals where you get castigated for telling the truth and accused rapists get honoured.

And you expect to be told the truth about ALBA? !

Anonymous said...

The truth about ALBA is as follows.

Kenny and Phillip mismanaged and bankrupted St. Lucia to the tune of $2 billion. They have run out of places to borrow money to cover their incompetence.
ALBA and Petrocaribe are the only sources of free money after the Taiwanese. There are no suitcases left.
These liberals will do anything to ensure they keep on receiving their money, power, pensions and free rides so ALBA has come into the picture.

Anonymous said...

Just like he did as Minister of Tourism before Kenny fired him for incompetence Phillip Pierre is once more proving to be just a draw on the public purse.
St Lucia infrastructure is falling apart and we have no investments.

After 15 years of trying moo moo Phillip is proving to be more and more of a failure. He cannot even open Chastanet's bridge in Soufriere without roro which is all they are good at causing.

Anonymous said...

PHILLIP HAS BEEN PAID OVER $1,000,000 FROM 1997 BY THE PEOPLE OF ST. LUCIA AND WE HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR DAT.

Plus millions more for travel and per diems. What do we have to show for those millions?

" A little learning is a dangerous thing." Before Mr. Chastenet starts pointing his bony finger of indignation at the current administration for not genuflecting before the United States there are things he ought to have known. He should have known that the cold war is over and the U.S. won. He ought to have known that there is no communist or socialist country that is a potential or existential threat to the United States today yet he has hysterically elected to say that St Lucia is becoming a communist/socialist country. How ignorant! His assertion is built on a mountain of lies used during the cold war period. Mr. Chastenet's statements are outrageous, thoroughly unprofessional, inciting misinformation and absolutely absurd and dangerous. His fictitious statements serve only to deliberately misinform the St. Lucian public.

There is nothing inherently improper about St. Lucia becoming a member of ALBA. Isn't our colonial masters, Britain and France, EU members? Doesn't St. Lucia have a right to act in its own best interest? Mr. Chastenet, colonialism is over and sovereign states have the right to decide their own destiny. Many St. Lucians are not as privilege as you, Mr. Chastenet, to study in North America so they have opted to study in Cuba simply because of the free education. With your deep seated hatred for ALBA it is fair to say that you are poised to discontinue the St. Lucia/Cuba friendship association. As a consequence, ending the scholarships awarded to St. Lucians by the Cuban government. How many academic scholarships have the United states government offered to the government of St. Lucia?

Sir, you have set the gold standard for stupidity. And remember, your statements must be formulated on logics, not on vague generalities.

As much as I could NEVER VOTE for Allen Chastanet; for the many reasons that I won't waste time to mention here; I strongly support his sentiments on the matter relating to KENNY ANTHONY; that JACKASS and the dilemma regarding St. Lucia and our long time friend the United States of America.

That is why I strongly believe that KENNY MUST BE FORCED OUT BEFORE THE FIVE YEARS. THE UNIONS AND BUSINESS SECTOR NOW NEED TO SHUT DOWN THE COUNTRY; AND FORCE THE LABOUR PARTY OUT.

None the less, given Chastanet's record in Government not too long ago; he MUST ALSO LOSE HIS SEAT.

Blogger you talk about La Caye. I think he did worst in Parc Estate near BALCA IN SALTIBUS.

To his death, he snubbed both Kenny and his siblings as well as the woman he had these kids with.

That was the talk of the community up to now. He was said to be a very wicked and evil man. Chien par-kar fait chat.

Rubbish about John Compton? yOU ARE TALKING RUBBISH. cOMPTON IS ONE OF THE WOST THINGS THAT HAPPENED TO sT. lUCIA.

Finally, a woman in the north of the island day-gar-jaid him.

All his inside was crushed to pieces. And there would be absolutely no return.

I would hope by now, Ezechiel Joseph, Guy Joseph and other idiots in the UWP who engineering Ti Chas’s becoming the political leader realized the danger and the monster they have created. Kenney Anthony can lawfully call new elections, run, win, and then retired handing over the country to incompetent Philip Jn Pierre to run.
Bravo you bunch of nincompoops, You all should have never try to fix some that is not broken!

I believe we are for the first time beginning to look at ourselves, our history and our make-up. It is very difficult to dismiss the myth that has become an indelible mark on our national psyche. The struggle continues.

Ii is very, very clear that Kenny anthony has his father's attributes,mind-set,temperament and all the wickedness associated with a slave master. As the saying goes"CATS DO NOT MAKE DOGS"
Now,a blogger stated that "A little learning is a dangerous thing" He also stated "Statements must be formulated on logic not on vague generalities" So far,so good.
You also wrote"There is nothing inherently improper about St.Lucia becoming a member of ALBA.
This is a good example of a vague and generalised statement.
I challenge you to prove otherwise.
Now i hope that you are not of the opinion that st.lucia joined ALBA because it needed new friends. If you think so then you are really naive.
Please tell us(if you know)the real reasons St.lucia joined ALBA.

But if we let the unemployed and the unemployable rabble rouse and destabilize the economy, in the interest of just playing our usual musical chairs politics, in order to simply capture the places of those holding power today, 'crapaud will smoke our pipe'.

Anonymous said...

I have to laugh at the clown talking about vague generalities.
Hasn't that not been the sum total of the leadership of kenny an phillip pierre: vague generalities, empty promise, a lack of accountability, no transparancy in fiscal affairs or signed agreements with 3rd parties, opaque empty words , unfulfilled cloudy dreams, unstable sandy foundations that wash away with the next wave.

John Compton was a giant among leaders going against the destructive leftist/liberal grain who left a legacy of development.
on the other hand every year for the Kenny Anthony/ Phillip Pierre is a startover with nothing achieved in the previous year except debt, unemployment, social strife and more hatred and animosity. Under kenny/phillip our young men run around stoned out of their minds and our young ladies pregnant and more concerned with fete and clothes than development.

There has been no sense of direction, no firm nation building philosophy just hackism looking for more money and perks for de bwoys in de party including the biggest red bellied on and his 4 eyed sidekick with the 3rd world glasses and outlook.

Anonymous said...

Most of our politicians on both sides know practically nothing about development or transformation economics. They will do projects designed for the next round and show that they have done something.

We accept road-building and similar projects as development.

The newest economic cretin in politics Chastanet is now bringing marketing gimmicks as a substitute for sound economic policies. LPM has a website equally loaded with vague generalities. These economic cretins know nothing about the first steps in creating not even one sustainable job.

STEP and similar copycat programmes are political jobs for the party yard-fowls and the hacks singing for their supper on talk shows and in the media.

After all, the political job created and won by critically unemployed politicians after winning at the ballot box is just that. It is for the elected politicians and their families. The idiots who voted them in are still out there waiting for their trickster MPs to create one job each, for each one of them.

Wear all the T-shirts if you will. But who really gets the last laugh?

Anonymous said...

Good point about this poor dangerous crop of politicians.

Chastanet will do just that: bring a fast talking superficial marketing ethos with no suvstance. He will spend as fast as kenny like a little middle class American liberal with same politically correct white advisors like the obama types bankrupting the usa. But at least most of us now prefer him ti the incompetent kenny.

Anonymous said...

Bankrupt of ideas Kenny went to and sold us to his communist friends in Cuba and Latin America. Even if all the democrats were chairing the various foreign-related US Congress committees Saint Lucia would have got itself into hot water.

Now that the right-wing Republicans who gained some of their seats by really gerrymandering the constituencies are in power for a very long time, Kenny should have acted differently.

Menissa Rambally should have been doing her homework cutting the newspaper clippings like the US embassy does our newspapers, and present him with the facts.

Anonymous said...

If any fool on this board thinks that Chastanet will do ANY BETTER than the present government then my country has birthed more fools than I ever cared to think about! Wasn't Chastanet a minister at some point? What exactly did he achieve then? Going to glitzy Las Vegas on Tiawenese funds was one of them. Entering deals with airlines where he failed to safeguard Saint Lucia's interests was another. Please stop being blinded by politricks and look at the FACTS.

Anonymous said...

Saint Lucia is dying like a vine in drought for lack of genuine leadership. Any can work him-self or her-self all the way to the top. A leader is a position. It is not the same thing as the person, sometimes even without formal authority who can lead, and does or did lead like Martin Luther King.

Chastanet is equally a poor character for those seeking meaningful leadership for Saint Lucia. Both himself and Kenny have irresponsibly engaged in, and are boastful of their egregious economic and political blunders.

Chastanet is all about costly marketing gimmicks, with no business sense and without reasonable rates of return. Boxing gimmicky promotion, paying for lifting air over empty seats, giving the term 'air-lift' exiting new meaning, and 'The-Emperor-has-no-clothes' tourism consultancy of, namely, 'Dr. Cripple's Grand Opus'.

Kenny is all about so-called investments and agreements, but intricately tied to more burdensome national debt, with oftentimes no rates of return to speak of, whatsoever. Frenwell, Black Bay, Grynberg, and lately the Pero Caribe/ALBA-tross.

These people are engaged in political projects. Not national development. No ifs. No buts. No maybes.

Unfortunately the choice is between the big belly and the fat face. Both failed when put in power. Fair Helen is caught between a rock and a hard place. This guarantees a strife torn downward slide for the next 8 years at least. Kenny has spent 12 years sowing animosity and bad blood in this country and compounding it with reckless spending and drunken borrowing.

At this point in time I see The UWP back in power in 2016 with the people turning on Chastanet three years after that when the fast talking does not pan out.

Anonymous said...

Kenny is bad. But that other one is so superficial! Even a cardboard cut out that would have more depth and substance.

My fellow lucians concentrate on the thirty years of john Compton rule, what was happening to our country, Cable and wirless was robbing our people with high telephone bills till people had to put locks on their phone. There were many places with no electricity, water, cable tv, internet, etc etc and many more that could have but didn't.
The same Kenny we know and have listen to media and journalist who put hatred in us without thinking is the same man who open up the telephone market where everyone has a cell phone today, there was many areas where no electricity was, nor water cable internet who bring these into areas, look at the development of st lucia under a labour and look back at a uwp government, and let us give jack his jacket, don't let what you hear or read makes you to say things or write untruth about someone, used the two pound electro chemical called the brain and think, Think for your self, and look back at the history.
Some of the media as well as some journalist will not write or speak the truth to lucians, but their job is to keep us in ignorance and don't educate as to the truth. that's why you have to think before you talk.
Its the future of our country at stake and we learn a lesson from king, We cannot send little boys to do adult job.

Anonymous said...

Garbage in and Garbage out.

Kenny never opened up the telephone market. An abject lie.

When Digicel came to St. Lucia it was just part of the plan of their brillant owner to expand to all the Caribbean territories. He had already done so successfully in Jamaica. The OECS , not just St. Lucia, was next on his drawing board.

His company spent months trying to connect with the SLP clowns because they were in the back pocket of Cable & Wireless. Digicel were peristent and they knew how to deal with 3rd world despots.

If it had been up to Kenny we would still be with Cable & Wireless, as he and his dumb kitchen Cabinet like Calixte George and Petrus Compton did not at the time have the foresight to understand the meaning of the opening up of the market.

All the SLP understands is what is in it for them. So if the opening up of the market did not mean contracts for the boyz they were not interest.

Digicel came to St. Lucia because that time had come and Digicel were persistent. Digicel came to Slu IN SPITE OF Kenny and his goons.

Anything that happens in St. Lucia is done without the SLP assisting in any way. Thy just cost the people hundreds of millions annually in salaries, wasted expenditures, interest payment on debt and lost opportunites.

It looks like the neo-UWP is about to become an anachronism even BEFORE it's really started.Communist? Socialist? Bygone eras. Are we to believe also that St.Lucia's national policies are to be an appendages of US foreign or national policy? I hardly ever comment on matters political because of its inherently caustic nature but when the aspiring Prime Minister makes statements stating that we are abandoning our friends.....Jesus.I am an American and love my adopted country but am also Lucian and the reality is the era of US dominance internationally is over. That is the reality. It is economically and contemporeanously correct for leaders to be proacvtive vis-a-vis
the coming global economic climate.Kenny does the right thing so do a lot of other caribbean leaders. Now I speak as an American: What makes the UWP aspiring leadership believe that my adopted country needs your help or needs your freindship internationally or nationally?

'Plus ca change...' They say. Idiots like leopards cannot change their skins. That jackass is not attuned to the developmental needs of the majority black population. So how on earth and when, armed with only gimmicky marketing skills steeped and aimed to fulfill the needs of a white culture, will he be able to articulate the needs of our majority black people?

And for the all the idiots, who consider that enlightened self-interest is the same thing as racism, the question that must be asked of them is this.

Must Saint Lucians, since they depend on white tourist traffic, have to accept a half-ass, on the way to becoming white and a known 'credentialed idiot', as their future prime minister, as part of a trade-off and bargain?
