Labour Day: Costs, Artistes and Returns on Investment

Clearly, that was just ad hoc. Seems like a poorly executed afterthought. There was no planning and surely no mechanism in place other than qualitative assessments of the impact of the expenditure. Perhaps, much more could have been achieved in the period running up to the carnival/parade/celebrations, if the music could have been given airplay and exposure, and finding itself being promoted by the various music DJs. The music especially has to be heard.
