Politics. They made MCWTPU responsible b 4 2010 Guy tried to put it in his constituency in the flood plain??? Now it is in the hands of Ministry of Sports, Shawn wants it in the Valley in another flood plain between banana fields. All they had to do was put in Gros Islet or Vieux Fort. Politics with FIFA money???????
