That Helenties issue don't seem to ever go away. It's moves from one bad deal to another. I hear that Flambeau government repaired that former stink hole for nearly half a million US dollars. Here they were blaming the SLP of bad mangement but they did not have a problem pumping all that money into the Helentites.

When will we learn that all Rick Wayne does is boost himself at the expense of others? I am appalled at the lengths that guy will go to make his intended targets look bad.
