Does that mean that Allen will be the next UWP leader and go head to head with Kenny for PM?
How can Allen be a leader when he cannot win a seat. Where is the feud that the writer entitled his article with? All he did was to promote Allen over Kenny, but that will not work, because Allen will not win a seat anytime soon. He said Allen was director or tourism at the age of 25, but he never said at what age Kenny was minister of education in St Lucia. All that bias will take him and Allen nowhere. He never told us that Allen is now minister of tourism and everyday St Lucians are loosing their jobs under Allen watch, he never told us about our tax money that vanished under Allen watch and the allow the man who was arrested for the crime was allowed to skip the country. He never told us that the increase in cruise ship visits has nothing to do with Allen, Allen never supported cruise ships because he has a hotel. More people choose to take cruises these days because it is cheaper in the this financial meltdown. He never told us millions of our tax dollars is being paid to the airlines to come to St Lucia.
Question: Why are hotel rooms so expensive when wages are so low?

Ray the rooms are not so expensive these days to the tourist, because Chastanet is subsidizing the hotels with our tax dollars.
I have read this piece a few times and still cannot get the moral of the story. How could anyone in his right frame of mind compare Dr. Kenny Anthony with Allen Chastanet. We are all aware that Chastanet got all these positions because of because of his connections...a little help from his dad does work... He was a failure as at 25 when he was the Director of Tourism. It was so bad that he took a sabatica in MFort Lauderdale...many hoped that he would never return. His Air Jamaica stint was a disaster...ask him when was the last time he went to JA. This guy is the opposite of Midas...everything he touches turns to "cow-down." He's been a Senator put in charge of Tourism (again). In three years he has not produce not one financial report for all st. Lucia to see. He's spending our money like crazy and the net results are minimal. Imagine he wanted to give an investor a US$7million tax exemptions in a business deal...what! Wj=hen he can't get his way he's like a spolit child...remember he was the one who embarassed the PM when he took it on his own to announcement that St. Lucia was broke... yeah broke...because he had spent all the monies on ill-fated brain waves that never materialized. He's wasted more than the $34million that we have been constantly reminded that Dr. Anthony lost. I say again a hotel was built and it now employs over 100 St. Lucians. In the long ran we will be aware of what's happening right before our eyes and a man getting praise for bankrupting a country. True, we got more flights into St. Lucia...but at what cost to St. Lucians...

Thats no secret the elits are pussing 2 get him ellected in Soufriere in order to get him to be the Prime Minister.. u follow!!!
But to bad,,,we will allow him a seat at the smallest creater at the sulpher spring.
Soufriere is not a trading block any more. These days are in the past.
It about time the writer of these promotional article know that his identity is known...you cannot fool the masses.

Up to now i have not seem the feud between Dr Anthony and Chastanet the is talking about . All he did was to TRY to promote Chastanet. I will tell him, he is promoting Chastanet in the wrong place, he must TRY to do that in Soufriere because when the Soufriere people finish with him, he will have to go back to manage his hotel.
Nice..ONE AS AS a Soufiere resident.tell him 2 bring call he have and can ask for.
After 15 plus years in Tourish and a St.Lucia, ONLY NOW WE ARE HIS "FRIENDS" ok we know how 2 pluck a chicken.
IN addition T Chas will have 2 return Pureto Rico or seek employment in the US becouse big Chas and the sponsors will be requesting there money back.
We don't need a MASS or a DON these days are over...live our beach and our heritage for us not the foreign investor.

And the point of this article is ?
If the intention was to promote Chasnet as a heavyweight that can fit into Kenny shoes, then it was poorly done.
Chasnet's only interest now is to get elected and then unseat King.
But there is the small matter of representing the people of Soufriere. Does Chasnet know anything about that?
This is the wrong place to promote Chastanet, go to Soufriere and do that, the people are waiting for you.
