this experience was such a remarkable one i will never forget this. i hope it inspired others to pursue their dreams
i must agree with abby in saying that it was indeed a remarkable one and it will never be forgotten the new friends i made and the thought of leaving them was so tough the tears which ran down my face on my way home was those of the good times and the friends which would be miles away i miss them much un we had a great time i hope it inspires others to go for it and not be afraid of their dreams.
You know Emjay I always tell people that this competition is what inspired not only the love of food but also for people. That is the reason why I want to establish a restaurant in St.Lucia.... its my dream and i am not going to delay.
