LIME is Reducing Calling Rates Again

"As of October 1, 2010 LIME’s landline customers will pay a single rate of $0.54 per minute for calls to any mobile phone at any time of the day or night. In April this year LIME reduced the daytime rate for calls from LIME landlines to all mobile phones from $0.71 per minute to $0.57 cents – a 20% drop. There was also a 17% decrease in the evening and weekend rate of $0.69 per minute which was lowered to $0.57. "

This is a pretty big drop in less than a year. Was LIME "price-gouging" earlier when they had their higher prices or did something remarkable happen in the telecom industry this year that resulted in such a dramatic price change.
