Hey what can I say. Everythings going Kings way until he has to face the electorates. On one hand he has labour against him, on the other he has a bunch of flambeaus who can't wait to chop up his head.
Everythings going his way short of the results of the next elections.
King is a PM in the making, I have faith that he'll turn out to be a good one, otherwise St.Lucia is screwed.
I wonder, if the writer is now practicing idolatry with his remarks of " Hail King" and his over confidence in man?
#2 right now, in that hard economic times we do not need any PM in the making, we have no time to wait for king to become a good PM someday. We need a PM who knows what he is are about, we need a PM who knows how to table a motion parliament. We need a PM who went to school. We need a PM who will work as a PM and stop opposing the the opposition leader, that is not his job, he is acting as an opposition leader. We need a PM who could complete all the project on time, left by the SLP and start their own. We need a PM who will live in his own house or live in the official residence therefore stop wasting the tax payers money paying rent for him etc, etc.
It wasn't our fault, Compton died in office. Slp will have their chance in 2 yrs time, we'll see then. FYI Slp will not win if your savior Kenny is their leader, he's a has been.

I believe Springer is holding on to the last straw, to try to bluff St Lucians. If it take a PM of a country to "three whole years" just to BEGIN TO SHOW SLATE then we are in trouble in St Lucia. Nuff said.

King just borrowed $250 million, is that not debt he will leave for the country? At lease you could go around St Lucia and you will see what some of the money kenny borrowed was used for, but no one can see what is king doing with the money he loaned. There is no new projects in St Lucia.

How old are you, do you read, listen to news or do you remember anything that happened in St lucia in the past? First to begin with, there is NO COUNTRY in this world without debts, if you are not informed ask the powerful U.S.A how much they owe. There was not a time St Lucia was not without debts. So stop using that debt talk as if you will fool somebody. A small country, with limited resources like St lucia will always have to borrow. If the uwp after 30 years in office had provide enough schools, proper hospitals, roads, proper prison, sport grounds, gov. offices etc, etc, when the cold war was on and aid and hand outs was plentyful, all the governments had to do was to ask, the SLP would not have to borrow so much to provide these things for us.
Blame your daddy Compton for all those years (maybe because his heart was never in St,Lucia), not our King, this is a new administration doing things a bit different this time.

There is some fool who said they are laughing at Kenny, the question is. How can you laugh at somebody who is much better off than you and all your friends who are laughing with or at you? Maybe you are in the U.S doing some baby sitting job with no garanty or benefits or you are somewhere else catching your royal or bearly scraping it. Kenny have worked many big jobs all over the caribbean, he was just PM for 9 years, he is leader of the opposition making about $12000 - $15000 a month for just showing up in parliament may be once a month, to correct and show your government minister how to table a proper motion, plus he is making more money in his law office. His wife is a professor at UWI. The man has his big mansion in Cul De Sac and has secured his fat pension. Also in two years he will be PM again, so how can you laugh at a man like that? We must laugh at ourselves for electing this incompetent government, because we are the ones feeling the pains of this government with no ideas.

De uwp left St Lucia after 30 years in office with most of our children without the means to learn T ABC maths. You remember we had a shift system in the elementary schools in Castries, you remember how many students that was able to get a place in secondary schools in St Lucia? Kenny himself did not know T ABC maths, but he gave us St Lucians the means to learn T ABC maths and to learn how to count money. Sometimes we only dwell on the negatives and keep a blind eye on the positives.
