Why does fellows dor behave themselves?
Lock him up and throw away the key if he is guilty.
Anyone who thinks that it is okay to shoot someone for whatever reason has no rights and should not be allowed the freedom civilized citizens enjoy.
These ruthless modern-day criminals has ruined "Mother Helen" for the rest of us law abiding citizens.
We should have the "Death Penalty" to rid ourselves of such scumbags by commanding a well executed raid simultaneously on all affected areas of crime with a vengeance. I heard that the government tried this once, but obviously there’ so much more to be done.
We are all held hostage by these illiterate criminals who's without conscience, heart, compassion and patriotism.
St Lucia was a "paradise" before these slimy criminals and corruption terrorized a fun-loving and law abiding nation.
I say “take them out by any means necessary” we may as well do whatever it takes within the law (or not) to protect ourselves.

Those "animals" should not be allowed freedom.
But then, we have a bunch of alledged criminals (some even convicted), tax evaders, records selling minister (vision care comes to mind), acting as government ministers...so...the problems stems from the top (filtering down)..

You mean to tell me a mother suffer to made a sweet baby, and he turn with that none sense on his head, smoke all kinds of crap which make him think less like a human, then he begins to cause trouble to society. We have to find a way to change these guys, some how or the other.
