What do you mean?
Look at the history of the U.S. interference in Haiti.
I suggest you read this and you will understand who is really at fault here. Copy and paste.

U.S. intervention in Haiti is more recent than the French. There are innumerable references on the web that you can consult.
I know, but it's French politicians who made them so poor, they had to pay FR-150,000,000 about 200yrs ago and if it was today then it would have been $21 billion, what a price for freedom.
Just so you know I am mixed French and I'm not biased, I'm just telling it like it is.
An earthquake which is a natural disater caused a tragedy in Haiti and should serve us all as a reminder of our vulnerabliliy. Over 300% more people died in Haiti than there are in St Lucia. Our Whole little Island could submerge and we all would perish
WARS, GENOCIDES, SLAVERY, HOLOCUSTS and Human Emotions such as PRIDE, GREED, IGNORANCE and MATERIAL OBSESSION also cause massive human sufferings and death
This is all part of a mystic revolution presently taking place.
Stop calling one another names and putting one another down under the Anonymous Banner. We are all mortals made of decadent flesh and is no better than our neighbors. We are like a leaf at the mercy of the wind.
