What is legal scrutiny? Why scrutinize someone who we already know is doing wrong? The best thing is to take legal recourse against him. When SLP was in office, they made mistakes as all government will do, but they were working, nobody who is fair will oppose to that. People was left and right all over the media criticizing them, nobody tried to stop them. Today we have government which is 100% worse than the SLP, all they do is to create scandals, very little is happening in the country and they want to prevent people from speaking out, saying people are political etc. as if people should not be free to discuss politics in this country. Only in communist countries people are not allowed to discuss politics. We want to call ourselves or make people believe we are a free country and we hate communism but we want to limit freedom of speech.

I will not blame Lucien if he is a crook, although i have no evidence of that. You mean St Lucia taxi drivers are so foolish and backwards they have a crook as their leader? Our so called leaders now in government do not set any example to us when it comes to the law of the land. One is an ex convict, three have been arrested by St lucian policemen for breaking the law, one as been convicted in court for dishonesty. One sued his own government for money. After all that they are not crooks, but a man who nobody have heard anything about him in terms of breaking the law, is called a crook by a bias St Lucian.
