very good its time we develop castries into a city a capital we can be proud of an enjoy the benefits it can bring. there is so much potential there, not just in castries but the enire island. the south work should be done in vieux fort to modernise the town there as well. pesonaly when i think vieux fort i think vegas lol. dont have to be just like it but it can be a blue print as to how it can be.
Can the VOICE post more photos cuz some of us live far away and that's all we have to see.
Great!!!Now Minister Frederick we need to clean Castries of the drugs and guns....no matter what political party those guys support.
This is not a priority for the minister. The minister is satisfied with things as is.

Richard Frederick's voice alone is enough to make me want to stab myself. Cant stand it!! Not to mention some of the words he attempts to use. You either are articulate or not. Your self-righteous attitude drives me crazy!!!!!!!!!
Yeah, he covering up the cess pool of drug and crime be directing in the city
Mr Minister whats about the Housing Project at Marigot. When will the tennants star moving in? Whatever happen to the $14 million air marked for that project. How and when will you develop Castries when you cannot account for the progress of the Housing Projects. What really have you done for the country for the past three years in office, except for spending time in Jail for fraud.
You too are responsible for the increase in the drug and gang related crimes in Castries. Did you really think that a football tournament would reduce the crime wave in the City.
How do you sleep at night knowing that you are a sack full of empty promises. The day of redemption "soon come."
