WOW....we are a step ahead of the world....St Lucia actually has the power to catch thieves before they commit their acts. The issue occurred in the future and he was caught in January....I smell a Minority Report coming on.

Stop being sarcastic, will you?

Is it my fault that the reporter could not get his/her dates correct in the article?

Anonymous said...

Quick!!.....change the dates before the public realizes our morbid stupidity!!

Indeed, how dreadfully stupid and LAZY not even to have the dates correct or bother to proof read, check facts, et al.

How awfully sad!!...AND VERY, VERY STUPID...and, yes these are our reporters, in which we are to believe when they write their stories, when they cannot even get their dates right!!

Recently the Monroe College assessed the training needs of our media workers. It identified 400 media workers and stated that 300 of them lack the basic training in journalism. The profession is weak here and journalistic mediocrity is widespread in Saint Lucia! Sad affair by any stretch of the imagination.

Proof read???? I did not know that term existed in St.Lucia. From the time I saw last year's infamous Independence Banner with February spelled incorrectly, it became evident how much we accept mediocrity in this country.

It appears that bloggers may have missed one key aspect of the article. It has no byline and appears to have been sent in by the police. Now, can we redirect the criticisms?

Shem Peter looks so gay....

So essentially what you are saying is that the person writing this article is not to blame for the error regarding dates? Are you saying that had they quoted slander from another source that they would not be liable as well?
