"Lebourne noted that Mondedir, on his own volition and AFTER BEING ADVSED decided to go in and settle the matter by paying the $14,000"...which regular or "malaway" St Lucia would import goods for profit-oriented and/or personal use and would need to BE ADVISED to pay for duties on the imported goods...Please, answer that Lebourne.

If Modesir, as a government minister has to be told to pay duties on goods imported for which he will be profited...if that is not official corruption at the highest level, MY GOD, WHAT IS.

Why don't you people keep quiet and do not make matters worse. But then I am glad to see you braying uselessly, so the entire world would see us for what we really are. A bunch of corrupt officials and peoples.

Good riddance!!! very shortyly.

I live in Florida and am a U.S. citizen born and raised. I have been to you country many times (6 or 7) and would consider it my favorite vacation spot. Every American I have ever spoken with that has been to St. Lucia LOVES IT! And by the way, the people are wonderful as well. Also, the last place we as Americans would look for advice on where to travel in the Caribbean region is our REALLY CROOKED government. This report won't hurt you at all.

Our best to you all and may God Bless You.
